Loopio is advancing its technology every few months, with the latest addition of AI in it.

The Library is really the MVP of Loopio. Once you get it built out, pulling in solid, pre-approved answers is almost effortless. Instead of following up with several SMEs for the same or even similar responses every time, I can usually find what I need in just a couple of clicks. Even though I try to keep a repository of my own- Loopio makes it easier for me.

One of the best feature is Loopio Magic, where it understands the context to find the answers you are looking for- especially in areas were you can use similar answers to find answers close to it. It feels less like I’m copying and pasting and more like the tool is helping me piece things together.

And the collaboration side is great too. Loopio makes it easy to loop in teammates, SMEs, assign questions, and see where everyone is at without drowning in email chains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Main issue will be the initial few weeks or months when you're building the library- the time Loopio needs to learn and understand about type of products and queries thrown at it. I’ve also found that the search functionality can sometimes return too many loosely related answers, which means I still spend time verifying and cleaning up content. The platform is very intuitive. When I joined the Pre-sales team at my company, a colleague was supposed to explain how it works, but I had already figured out the functionalities on my own before that happened. The main issue I’ve come across is that after I submit and complete a question, I’m unable to access it again on my own. If I need to review it later, I have to reach out to a colleague from our presales team who serves as the Loopio administrator to have it reopened for me. 2. Content Library & Automation: Loopio’s content library truly stands out. It enables us to store, organize, and reuse approved content, which helps maintain both accuracy and brand consistency. The automation features, such as Smart Suggestions and AI capabilities, accelerate our response process without compromising on quality.

3. Collaboration Tools: Assigning questions to subject matter experts and monitoring progress is effortless. The notifications and dashboards ensure everyone stays informed and accountable, which is essential for meeting tight deadlines.

Areas for Improvement:

Reporting and Analytics: Although the platform offers basic reporting features, it would benefit from more advanced analytics such as win-rate tracking and response quality metrics. These enhancements could deliver more meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making.

Loopio has greatly decreased the amount of time we dedicate to RFP/ Questionnaire responses. Its intuitive interface, along with the content library, allows us to easily store and reuse approved answers. What I appreciate most is the collaboration feature, which ensures everyone stays aligned without the need for lengthy email chains. Overall, it has truly transformed the way our proposal team works. The best feature about Loopio is magic and more recently Generative AI.

The feature magic allows you to respond to your RFXs at a click of a button if you have a clean, precise and reviewed library.

With Generative AI, again if you have a library that up-to-date then you can let Gen AI do most of the heavy lifting. Another really good feature that also has to do with AI is the "Edit with AI" the prompts I've used so far have given me great results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loopio is highly user-friendly, making collaboration with our subject matter experts straightforward and efficient. All of our SMEs love using Loopio, and it is very easy to train new ones on the program. I also value how the team continually enhances the technology and genuinely considers our feedback and suggestions. I also appreciate the library and the ability to access past answers. One of the downsides would be dealing with large tables or mapping our extensive Excel spreadsheets into Loopio. It is something I know they are improving upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to structure a proposal format with Loopio. It keeps everything neat and organized. The mapping tool is especially helpful when importing documents. I appreciate Loopio's simple user interface, which allows me to navigate easily and efficiently without encountering any complex or hidden buttons. I am not satisfied with Loopio's Magic functionality. Despite the fact that there are relevant answers in the database, the Magic function often fails to deliver the right or even relevant answers to my questions. I've tried using it with different settings, but there is no noticeable difference in the quality of answers produced. While it offers responses to a number of questions, the accuracy and relevance remain problematic. Without the Magic function, my experience with Loopio is significantly better. I find Loopio really useful for streamlining the way we manage RFPs from a workflow perspective. It offers huge efficiencies in mapping questions, assigning owners, and makes dealing with RFPs so much smoother. The AI matching element that picks out relevant content from our library and matches it with the questions in an RFP is brilliant, saving us a lot of time. We've had really good feedback from the sales team; they enjoy using the platform as it makes it easier to track what's happening with their RFP. The comments, tagging, and review cycles features have been really beneficial. Additionally, Loopio is incredibly intuitive, and the resources they provide are really useful. It's early stages for us, so at the moment we're just blown away with how good the platform is.I imagine it's going to be quite difficult managing the huge number of library entries that we'll have from the different business units, not just for RFPs, but other teams in the business will be using Loopio for their due diligence questionnaires, security questionnaires, etcetera.
