**What do you like best about Lolly?**

Lolly are incredibly quick in their responses, so if we were having issues or not getting the results we expected, they are always able to change direction and pivot. And for us, that is extremely great.

Above all, they are very flexible to business needs and want to get things done. From my point of view, they did a terrific job.

**What do you dislike about Lolly?**

I don’t like to tell them that they could do better, not as of yet.

**What problems is Lolly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We assigned Lolly the task of advertizing and marketing our brand. Our principal focus is the same as our main goal, conversions instead of traffic. We aim to increase our sales. We began with the objective of breaking even on our return on advertisement spend within the first month. Then we wanted to reach 1.5x return at the end of eight weeks. At this point, we are not even at the eight week mark and we managed to meet that investment milestone and exceeded it by 0.1x. So far, they are definitely exceeding the benchmarks we had in place.

**What do you like best about Lolly?**

The fact that they managed to come up with a full campaign from concept to execution and with little direction was impressive. They were responsible for all the influencer management which was very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Lolly?**

There were no issues found, everything was done correctly.

**What problems is Lolly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An event client of ours came to us for aid saying that they wanted to get more attendees than the last time they held the event, So that more tickets get sold. They wanted to explore new approaches in fulfillment of the goal of selling out. We felt that it would be a great idea for them to try influencer marketing because it would be a good way to quickly scale with access to new content.
Lolly pulled off the campaign creation in about five days yet popped it into the air in no time which was very good for our clients. The event was sold out and this was aided by this campaign as we recorded a massive number of clickthroughs from them.

**What do you like best about Lolly?**

Lolly was incredibly responsive and maintained seamless communication, even when there was short notice. Well done account management.

They tended to all our requests regardless of how unrealistic they seemed and remained fully committed to providing us the best. Seriously, they have been one of the best.

**What do you dislike about Lolly?**

There were a few security issues that came up on our end (to be real, it is a newer company so it is quite understandable) that impeded on them using paid support on campaigns. They continued to provide design recommendations in order to ensure that we received value out of the project.

**What problems is Lolly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We employed influencers to help promote the brand and to increase the volume of authentic content that can be used across different digital channels. We, therefore, tasked Lolly with contracting a number of influencers for activation by end of Q1 (3/31) after finalizing a contract for 1/30~. Content was expected to be organic and paid editorials on influencer owned platforms while abiding by the meticulous regulations of TikTok.

They surpassed our expectations in regards to engagement rate as well as monthly. They also achieved all of the content benchmarks and provided several million impressions. All of the content was ready by the aggressive deadline we set.

We involved Lolly to run our Influencer campaign with a target of 1 macro and 1-2 micro influencers to shift the brand audience engagement. Lolly handled strategy, campaign management, and logistics working alongside the influencer on negotiations, timelines, and contracts. The lolly team was great at adhering to our requests on the kind of influencer we seek as well as how we wish to create the campaign. Our product was a Generative AI Music Platform, so it made sense for us to target YouTube and TikTok. However, identifying influencers in this vertical was not easy but the team surpassed our expectations and collaborated with us to better define the search criteria.

What I can know as most prominent was their desire to go beyond the requirements of the contract and their willingness to accept and apply our ideas. This level of flexibility and dedication was simply astonishing.

I couldn’t find any significant aspects that may justify how Lolly could have worked differently or areas that require improvement. They have done a great deal of effort.

With Lolly, the work scope includes working with 2-3 creators/influencers on a monthly basis to create 2-6 posts on a monthly basis, with the end goal of getting 10,000-42,500 monthly impressions as one of the major deliverables. Filed Social is super easy. The interface is very simple and allows me to complete influencer marketing in a frictionless flow

Sometimes the influencers can take a long time to respond but I guess this isn't specifically a problem with the platform
