The platform is very easy to understand at a high level and users/administrators need very little training to begin utilizing it. I am the primary system administrator and there have been several iterations of how we have implemented our controls in LogicManager. Each time we have made sweeping changes the support team has been incredibly helpful and assisted in any way necessary (uploading spreadsheets / creating reports / etc...). The re-negotiation process has been "interesting' to say the least. We have been customers for 9 years and were basically ghosted by our LogicManager support team. We are required to do an RFP every 3 years and our rate increase was a staggering 560%. The response was held until there was only a few hours left in the RFP which burned significant time.
