**What do you like best about LogicManager?**

The platform is very easy to understand at a high level and users/administrators need very little training to begin utilizing it. I am the primary system administrator and there have been several iterations of how we have implemented our controls in LogicManager. Each time we have made sweeping changes the support team has been incredibly helpful and assisted in any way necessary (uploading spreadsheets / creating reports / etc...).

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

The re-negotiation process has been "interesting' to say the least. We have been customers for 9 years and were basically ghosted by our LogicManager support team. We are required to do an RFP every 3 years and our rate increase was a staggering 560%. The response was held until there was only a few hours left in the RFP which burned significant time. I assumed we would stay loyal customers until this disrespectful response.

**What problems is LogicManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a massive amount of recurring tasks that need to be managed for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance. LogicManager organizes and does most of the heavy lifing as far as reminders and tasks are concerned, saving me tons of time. We also have recently migrated our Risk Acceptance process into the platform which will save us tons of time and combine several different processes that were happening into one common process.

**What do you like best about LogicManager?**

It has ok customization, but sometimes they force their reports/customizations on you, and it does not come out as you want.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

Does not have a good audit trail when changes are made, you have to figure out how to configure a report to pull an audit trail. Changes made to plans are not immediately reflected when printing out the plan/report it takes an overnight update for that to show or a forced refresh, but if you force a refresh without letting other users know it could mess up the changes they are making.

GRC tool that allows compliance and audit to be involved.

LogicManager does support change tracking and audit trail reporting, but depending on configuration, those details may not appear automatically in certain reports.

The quarterly updates are fantastic. The LM Team is always thinking of new ways to ensure we stay compliant and can use technology in financial services to support accountability and audit/exam needs. They also implement technology we request when it’s helpful, and they host great monthly calls that walk through how to best use the new products they release.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

The workflow overview is too small and needs upgrading to display the entire workflow without requiring excessive navigation up and down the page.

**What problems is LogicManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recent changes and learning the Risk Ripple are great. Hopefully, with our new IA Manager and going to Enterprise Risk Management, we will be engaging more LM services/products

I really like that LogicManager is user friendly and intuitive, making it easy to follow along with the dashboard. It allows the task onus to remain with one individual while documenting progress to implement requirements across the organization. The initial setup was easy and straightforward.

The process to log notes and attachments could be included on the main dashboard instead of logging into each individual ticket. Adding a form field to drag and drop attachments to a ticket without logging into the ticket record.

Automated workflows and tracking of issues and findings, some reporting features are helpful but could use more.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

Things to be able to happen more automatically, like if an issue or finding goes past a target remediation date there should be a task sent to the responsible person to update the due date.

Tracking issues and findings in one location and sending out reminders for monthly updates. Logic Manager is also providing a risk acceptance exception tracking and monitoring program for us.

Off the top of my head, I cannot think of anything that I dislike about the program. It seems very helpful when I have needed to use it.

The user interface is hot garbage.  Too many useless 'dashboard' screens.  No way to have on list of all the items assigned to just me.  I have to open each Exception Report via an email and each opens in a new window.  Too many clicks to move to the end of each process, most of them do nothing that couldn't have been done with less clicks.  2 page docs when it could have easily been on, there is no need to have a 'continue' to load another page with the final two options.  I HATE your product, and using it is the worst experience of my workday, and the worst interface i have utilized in 35 years in this industry.  The fact that you charge money for this is almost criminal.  If the product can send a notification to my email, why can't I see ALL the docs I have been sent in one LIST!!!  Do better.

I have to work extra time to complete the repetitive tasks so I guess my employer is getting more hours out of me?

I appreciate that LogicManager houses all our risks in one system, which makes it very helpful and centralizes risk management across our organization. I love the support from consultants who assist with report creation, making the process smoother and more effective. It’s fantastic that risk owners can log in to update information directly, ensuring everyone sees the same updates. The ease of communication and collaboration it fosters between divisions by sharing updated information is commendable. Additionally, the ability to utilize settings for customization, such as inputting questions necessary for compliance, significantly aids our organizational processes.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

I find creating reports in LogicManager challenging as it is not very user-friendly. I wish the process was as straightforward and intuitive as using Excel. This complexity in report creation can be quite cumbersome, and I think more training could help but it remains a significant difficulty.

I find the product centralizes risk management, enhancing collaboration and risk awareness across divisions. It simplifies access to risk updates and supports compliance with features like notifications, aiding our organization in integrating risk management into its culture.

I really love Logic manager and how easy it is to traverse and understand. It is very employee friendly and I am always able to get my stuff done efficiently and easily which is nice seeing how busy I am. Very convenient and nice!

My only dislike is that sometimes the website is a little laggy but overall I don’t think that is too much on logic manager itself.

I like how clearly it labels things. The reports are very straightforward and clearly lay out how to effectively fill them out.

I wish I was able to review past reports easier. It seems there are old reports, but they seem accessible at random.

We require a lot of reporting within our field. Our staff are not always the most tech savvy, and LogicManager has made reporting very accessible for our team.

What is most helpful is that you can reach out to someone if you don't understand something and they will help you.

Not really understanding the program. Kind learning as you go wish I could have proper training, so I have more knowledge before I have to answer the questions.

The only downside of the website is when there are outages and it sems to randomly not work to submit.

The new changes to LM have taken me by surprise. I had a demo and I was completely blown away at the new capabilities it provides it users. In addition, the ease of use of the new features really struck a chord with me because very few systems are "user friendly". The enhancements make me want to utilize LM more and I began to explore areas that I had recently felt were too complicated without a Client Success Manager. All that is new has given me the confidence to venture into all the LM has to offer.

**What do you dislike about LogicManager?**

We did have an issue with our Client Success Manager but a word to the Management Team saw that corrected within a few days and now we have an amazing person who is engaging, communicative, eager to ensure our success and always available to us within a few hours.

**What problems is LogicManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Risk rating was a factor we were attempting to conquer and the new features have given us tremendous encouragement to feel comfortable in ranking our risks. In addition, the new reporting has changed by "light years". Before it was so basic and now it had the feel of true, accurate reporting that I feel comfortable sharing with my Board of Directors. I am so grateful for this reporting and now seeing the upgrades in the majority of features, I am so happy. I love having LMX to guide me because I will admit that LMU was a bit cumbersome to use but the new search engine is so helpful and it gives me instructions that are easy to follow.
