Over the last 6 months, we have more than doubled the modules we are using in LogicGate. This increase was primarily the result of Ashley Reece, our Account Executive, taking the time to understand our needs and what is important to us, and then connecting us with the right people to show us how the modules work. I never felt pressure just to buy more - Ashley's concern was our satisfaction. We discovered one of the previous modules was not set up efficiently, and Luke Ortegel spent significant time improving that module for us. I've used several platforms like this for risk management, especially for third-party riskk. LogicGate is BY FAR the most customizable application of them all. If you can determine the logical flow, you can add just about anything you want. Previously I did risk acceptance forms in a separate doc platform, then moved it over. The most difficult part is that there is a lot of learning. It can be confusing at first. To counter this, they do have implementation teams and fairly thorough power user training.
