LogicGate allows ease of utilization and customization to accommodate the most tech-savvy to those of us just moving away from spiral notebooks and pencils. Its intuitive interface for both use and development allows users to navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape in real-time; versus waiting for an over-burdened tech team to "get around" that other solutions rely upon. LogicGate is up and coming for the unique use for our institution. As such, we are developing solutions together rather than having them in advance. While this is not a deal-breaker and does support the spirit of growth, it can delay certain ideas and implementations. These delays cause impatient stakeholders to create meetings to talk about developments upcoming, instead of what is being immediately rolled out. Risk Cloud is completely customizable, if there is something you want to do with the software...it probably can do it. The team are second to none, they are on hand to help with any questions you may have, tell you about new features or help you do something that's a little more complex Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can seem a little daunting at first, even after completing the power user training, especially if you are someone new to the company which is already using Risk Cloud. But once you get to grips with the system it really is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
