Every plan includes the full 24/7 phone answering service — call handling, appointment scheduling and booking, SMS and website chat, and safe human handoff — so core features are never locked behind higher tiers.

The Free plan is $0/month and includes 30 voice minutes. Starter is $30/month (or $24/month billed annually) with 150 voice minutes, one dedicated business number, and email support. Pro is $100/month (or $80/month billed annually) with 500 voice minutes, more included outbound calls and SMS alerts, and priority support. Enterprise is custom, adding multiple dedicated numbers, multi-location routing, custom fallback rules, and self-hosting implementation support.
