**What do you like best about LoanSoft Pro?**

Very user friendly. Easy to customize. The service staff does an excellent job when you need questions answered. I rarely have to leave a message because the phone is almost always picked up. Great value for the low cost to purchase and maintain.  

**What do you dislike about LoanSoft Pro?**

Issues with portfolio products, we then have to re-key some of the application and loan rate/term data into a separate LOS to insure accuracy of the Closing Disclosure. We have experienced tremendous growth over the past six years and we now need to improve on our efficiency.

**Recommendations to others considering LoanSoft Pro:**

go with Btye or Encompass

Every Mortgage company needs and LOS
