Reduce your risk! IT teams that are trained to quickly identify and stop an incident may be able to stop an attack before data is breached or dramatically decrease the financial and PR damages from a cyberattack. 2. Reduce breach costs! With today’s continuously evolving cyberattacks and zero-day exploits, it’s only a matter of time until your organization faces a cyberattack. IBM found that faster breach identification reduced costs by over $1 million. 3. Expert training! Our cyber first responder incident response training class is taught by IR expert, Matt Durrin. **What do you like best about LMG Security?**

What was most helpful in the Cyber First Responser Ransomware Response On-Demand course was the mix of video presentations of the material, PDF handouts of each topic, and hands-on labs. I found value in the ransomware negotiation phase of the training and how it explained step by step what was involved and what not to do. Actual investigations were discussed (confidential information left out) and important points were called out. The important points were issues that are unknown until you are actually dealing with an exploit and faced with a decision you have never faced before. I also liked the ability to take the course at my own pace, I am a working manager and have to fit training time when I can find it. The ease of adding my staff to the training was seamless with LMG support. The implementation of the on-demand course was also seamless. Thank You

**What do you dislike about LMG Security?**

What as not an issue but anoying was sometimes the video would freeze and I would have to contact LMG support for assistance. LMG support was excellent and did a fine job in resolving the video issues.

**What problems is LMG Security solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that the LMG Cyber First Responder and Ransomware Response On-Demand training course solved for me was to level set the understanding and skills transfer for dealing with a ransomware breach. It is benefiting my department by equiping my staff with the skills and knowledge I feel they need to be ready and prepared for a breach.
