**What do you like best about Livejourney?**

Compared to other product, Livejourney has a different approach of process mining. Whereas other product has become an extensive EMS for execution management system.

**What do you dislike about Livejourney?**

The user interface is not as customizable as it is with other product however the customer success team is organized to work hand by hand with customers

**What problems is Livejourney solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Livejourney focuses on Process mining only. Projects are lighter, less expensive, more oriented toward operational people.This helps in getting better profit.
