**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

What I liked most about LiveCaller is that it allows me to unify calls, chat, co-browsing, and other channels into a single control panel, simplifying the management of my clients. It seems very powerful to me for optimizing customer service and communication strategies. Although I haven't thoroughly tested all its features yet, the central idea is promising.

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

So far, it seems like a good application to me. I would like them to integrate more functionalities such as AI integration and the possibility of integrating with APIs.

**What problems is LiveCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improve customer service management and productivity. By having all communication channels in one place, I can access a complete history of customer interactions, which makes personalized attention and problem resolution easier and more efficient. Additionally, the centralization of information allows me to save time.

the best thing about livecaller is it combines different communication channels such as Chat, Call, Callback, Social Messaging Apps into single platform

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

the main drawback about livecaller is If you need to manage communication on the go, there is no application for it.price is little bit higher then other software

**What problems is LiveCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it improve communication and provide better customer service.and co-browsing allows screen sharing that is helpful in resolving other person/costumers issues.

**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

Easily accessible and simple to install and Integrate Dashboard and provides easy way to communciate with the Web visitors and also makes more engagement possible. The chat feature makes this very impactive.

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

The Deletion of the data has to be made simple and easier for the user.

Live Chat has helped us to  engage with our clients in a better way and also understand the trend and type of users who are pulled to our website.

Very easy to configure and implement. The customer service is also very responsive

I wish it had some AI integration so we can configure chat bots

**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

Deployment of the platform is quick and easy.  The support team of the software is active, as well it is very user-friendly. One dashboard provides access to multiple channels, which is fantastic and makes the process easier. I value the call-specific data, which include duration and an easy method to gather client comments.

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

I did not face any issues with my team while using it, as the support helped us as long as we inquired about any details. The interface needs more enhancement but is currently acceptable due to the facilities and options it provides for clients and businesses.

**What problems is LiveCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interaction between clients and businesses is critical to satisfying customers; that is why we worked with LiveCaller. We did not find analysis for Customer chats and calls as LiverCaller Analysis as it measures how happy they are and how the experience was.

**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

LiveCaller is a game changer for my business. 
It's amazing the opportunity to have a multichannel chat integrated and co-browsing feature.
The design is also really comfortable!

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

Other integrations will increase the capability of the software for sure, 
but the team is on fire and i'm sure they'll release a lot of features in the next months

An integrated solution for my business with the top featur of co-browsing

**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

Honestly, I had been looking for options where we could serve our visitors in real time. In addition, that it gave us the option of integrating it with telegram and facebook. It has been a great experience.

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

Personally, for us as a start-up company, it has been an option that helps us in our day-to-day care activities. Your support is very good. I don't think I have something I don't like.

Direct contact and control of our communications with the generation of opportunities within our website. So our business opportunities have increased.

**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

I was up and running within 5 minutes and found the interface extremely easy to navigate. The widget that is create is aesthetically very pleasing and looks user friendly

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

I want LiveCaller to have a mobile app, so I am not tied to my computer to use its functionality. Having said that, it is early days fir testing and what is there works extremely well.

In my opinion, the ability to greet customers online when they are in the middle of their purchasing decision is a huge advantage. Trust is everything and will only increase as time goes by.

**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

The chat and call features work well.
The co-browsing feature is a game-changer for SaaS companies like mine - and the benefit of not having to send a Zoom invite, Google Meet invite, or something else is worth it.
So far, I like the analytics available for each call, including duration and a simple way to collect customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

The main issue I ran into is the widget does not show up within my application when installed as instructed. We're still figuring this out.
Also, I would like to delete calls, chats, and review data I collected during testing and haven't found an easy way to do that yet.

**What problems is LiveCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got LiveCaller as a fast and easier way to provide support to my SaaS customers.
This is better than having to send a Zoom invite, Google Meet invite, or something else.

It is easier and faster than other web call services and also use live chat and co browse no matter where the location is and that is a helpful thing in web calling

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

It takes time to adjust with the system because we often use the typical ones and switching to live caller takes some time and otherwise it is really good and hassle free.

Web call is made enriched and time worthy because a whole lot of learning can be done and discussed while video calling and the encryption is also there so no issues

LiveCaller became a very handy tool to keep a track of service complaints and renew policies for clients in real-time by calls and sending reminder notifications

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

To be honest there was no inconvenience that was caused to the agents who were given an opportunity to try out LiveCaller when they had initially introduced it only to a set of agents and they also had a complaints team that we could reach out to who solved the issues with a quick TAT.

Helped in connecting to the clients to resolve their issues and close tickets, to sell and upgrade insurance policies, it also offered a wide range of features and customisation options that helped to get context before interacting with the client.

The app allows our web domains to easily do live calls to customers and team members. It seamlessly provides direct access to the visitors to our website for any enquiries they might have.

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

Nothing. The app works well and is a good integration. Perhaps one issue is that the cross-platform notifications are not immediate due to certain integration issues so it takes some time for the notifications to appear in the dashboard.

Direct communication is an important asset for engagement with our customers. Having LiveCaller enables us to reach out and speak to them in the various ways of communication - web chat or web calls.

**What do you like best about LiveCaller?**

It's super user-friendly, and the support is great. I had several questions, and I got a response immediately. Also, when I needed a quick fix, they helped me out right away. Finally, the software works flawlessly, and I like the different available options. It's ideal to use on my landing pages.

**What do you dislike about LiveCaller?**

There isn't much I dislike. Compared to similar software, there is room to expand with more advanced features/customiziation, but this isn't a must. It's already good as it is.

LiveCaller makes it easy for my website visitors to contact me. I use the live chat and callback function, but a live call is also an option. I like that everything is within one software, plus it's super user-friendly and easy to install/customize.

Having the Omni channel inbox, which combines communications from different messenger platforms into a single dashboard. They also provide training and a wide range of support.

Nothing to complain about so far, waiting for the new features they might introduce.

It is a web-based tool that can connect to your customers via various channels, such as web calls, real-time messaging, and third-party applications. Administrators can monitor, measure, analyse and visualise key performance indicators, response time, chat duration, average conversations per day, client satisfaction rates, and other metrics on a centralised dashboard.

Communicating with friends and family has been easier with this one because it offers a wide variety of features. One thing notable is it is user-friendly wherein many users would find themselves enjoy the application itself. thumbs up to the developer behind this wonderful application.

There are times that the calls and chats seems to drop in some way or another but it doesn't really affects the all over quality of the conferencing. still good so no worries

try the app for your self, you wont be disappointed.
