It’s an amazing tool for collective bargaining scenarios and for fact-checking competitors’ information. **What do you dislike about Litix Insights?** Nothing I can think of. Litix has been a great partner! **What problems is Litix Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** From my perspective as a finance director in a school district, Litix AI has been an incredibly practical and valuable tool. It brings a level of clarity to financial planning and negotiations that’s hard to achieve without having a high level of Microsoft Excel knowledge, and macros/Power BI literacy. Having access to centralized, real-time data on salaries, contracts, and benefits allows me to approach budgeting and collective bargaining with a much stronger, data-driven foundation. When numbers, percentages, and language are discussed without context, it becomes even harder to reach an agreement.
