"Outdated Tech, Predatory Contracts, and Endless Support Friction"
0/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

The core behavioral triggers work as intended. Automated customer journeys—like browse recovery & shopping cart abandonment, —fire reliably off live user activity. Paired with dynamic product recommendations, those automated flows do capture revenue from active site traffic without requiring daily manual oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Predatory Auto-Renewal Traps: Be extremely cautious of their contract terms. Rather than acting like a transparent enterprise partner, Listrak relies on auto-renewals without sending proper advance notifications. When you attempt to offboard at your contract end date, they try to force you into another multi-year commitment through aggressive legal posturing, completely ignoring standard business practices.

Constant Turnover & Zero Proactive Support: Whatever "dedicated support" they sell you on during the pitch disappears quickly. Recent internal turnover seems sky-high, meaning your account manager changes constantly. Whenever you actually want to set up new processes, build new workflows, or innovate on your strategy, you aren't met with strategic guidance—you are routinely punted off to a generic help article.

Archaic, Clunky Interface: The platform feels like software from fifteen years ago. Simple daily tasks—like updating templates, configuring journey triggers, or managing campaigns—require ridiculous multi-step workarounds. It slows down our internal team and creates unnecessary bottlenecks for execution.

Inflexible & Painful Reporting: Extracting clean data or building custom dashboards for leadership is an uphill battle. You have to do extensive manual work outside the platform just to get clear performance metrics.

Recommendations to others considering Listrak: Protect your company and stay away. Between the predatory auto-renewal traps, high staff turnover, lack of real strategic support, and outdated interface, this platform actively hinders your team’s productivity. Any modern ecommerce team prioritizing agility, fair vendor relationships, and seamless execution should look elsewhere Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unifies E-commerce Marketing, Boosting Sales"
4/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

I like that Listrak is built specifically for revenue-focused e-commerce teams, not just general marketers. It ties every campaign to customer behavior and sales, making our team more effective. I really appreciate how intuitive the journey builder is, allowing us to create multi-step, cross-channel flows (email + SMS + push) without needing a developer. Features like cart abandonment, browse recovery, win-back, and post-purchase sequences are easy to visualize, edit, and optimize. It's powerful yet not overly technical, so we can iterate quickly without waiting on IT. Listrak helps us segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement, and its product recommendation features have increased our average order value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

The reporting and analytics interface can feel a bit dated and rigid. Drilling into custom segments or combining cross-channel email+SMS performance in one unified view takes extra steps. The dashboards aren’t as customizable or visually intuitive as some newer tools, so building custom reports for stakeholders can be more time-consuming than it needs to be. "Game-Changer for B2B E-Commerce Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

I like how Listrak is deeply built for e-commerce, especially for B2B and wholesale workflows. It doesn't just do generic email marketing; it solves real problems we face daily with our OroCommerce store. The automation for abandoned cart, browse recovery, and post-purchase journeys is incredibly reliable and effective right out of the box. It has saved us so much manual work and recovered a lot of sales that would have otherwise been lost. I also really appreciate how well it segments B2B buyers based on order behavior, spending tiers, and product preferences—so we can send truly relevant messages instead of generic blasts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Reporting is solid for basic email and SMS performance, but custom B2B-focused analytics—like tracking ROI by customer group or wholesale channel—could be more flexible and easier to export. We also occasionally experience delays in data syncing during peak campaign times, which can affect how quickly automated messages go out. The initial setup of Listrak was doable but not completely straightforward—it’s definitely not a one-click, plug-and-play tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and User-Friendly Email Marketing Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

I like that Listrak's platform is fast, making creating emails or reviewing analytics a breeze. The user interface is clean, organized, and user-friendly, so I don't have to search through many pages to get where I need to go. Its design is efficient and helps me do my job faster. Their team is wonderful, knowledgeable, and always very helpful. The platform is also easy to use and has a great UI. Additionally, when adding additional worklists, it's pretty simple and self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Better integrations with mobile app. We use it solely for email and as it's not a mobile app first platform we still need to upload our audience segments rather than being able to build them within Listrak. Listrak does have great filters for audience segmentation but it's mostly email related, which is great but also limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced Automations but Steep UI Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

I like Listrak for its advanced automations, which are a step up from what I used to get with Brevo. I also appreciate the advanced rules they offer to set up campaigns. Plus, having an open API to integrate with any software is a big advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Their UI. I need to attend a lot of their training sessions to understand their system. It should be easy to operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation, Complex Interface"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

I particularly appreciate the ease with which one can create complex automation workflows. The drag-and-drop interface is very visual and intuitive, allowing us to set up effective retargeting campaigns without needing advanced technical skills. The direct integration of Listrak with our Magento e-commerce platform is essential for synchronizing our product catalogs, order history, and managing abandoned carts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

The Listrak interface is very rich, which means that getting used to it can take a bit of time at first. It takes time to master all the subtleties of the platform and navigate smoothly between the different menus. A slightly more modern and streamlined interface would be welcome. "Great Support, Needs User-Friendly Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

I like the great account management support and that Listrak is a good partner to have. I also appreciate the straightforward use of the software as it allows me to focus on my role's responsibilities as a marketer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Listrak feels complex and at times confusing, particularly in using lists versus segments. The user interface isn't very intuitive, which means I often have to rely on the Account Manager for support, even though it's supposed to be a self-service tool. It also requires quite a bit of technical knowledge to perform certain actions and processes. The WYSIWYG interface can be limiting at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Reporting, Needs UI Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

I use Listrak for email marketing. It's a good tool for email marketing and automations. I find the reporting very good compared to other platforms. The initial setup, although a while ago, I believe was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

The interface is a bit dated, and I don't love campaign builds. They could streamline campaign setup and improve the UI. I'd also like to see enhanced segmentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Backed by Amazing Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak is very easy to use, but if you ever need help using the platform or finding something, their support team and our specific contact, Lindsay is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

I’d say the only issue is the limited space available when uploading assets to the platform for email or SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Listrak is the best."
5/5
What do you like best about Listrak?

They have experts that help with everything, from the initial onboarding through maintenance and growing your lists or holiday planning. The platform is easy to navigate and use. The implementation was super easy thanks to their team. Integrating them to our sites was super easy for our development team. They have 24-hour support, so the US, CA and EU team can always reach out if they need help. We typically send 1-2 emails a week, and 1 SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

I really don't have anything to say here, there are some features that I suggest (rarely) and usually they are already in the process of developing them on their roadmap which they actively share with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
