Liquor Store OS Reviews & Product Details

Liquor Store OS is a point-of-sale and business management software solution designed specifically for independent liquor store retailers that helps owners manage transactions, inventory, labor, compliance, and customer retention from a single platform. Unlike general-purpose retail POS systems, Liquor Store OS is built around the operational requirements unique to liquor retail — including purchase order-to-sale inventory tracking, dual pricing compliance, shelf tag synchronization, and beverage-specific loyalty programs. The platform is deployed as a complete hardware and software bundle and is suited for single-location independent liquor stores as well as multi-terminal operations. Core point-of-sale and inventory capabilities include: Purchase order creation and tracking from receipt through sale, providing true cost of goods sold (COGS) per SKU and inventory turn rate visibility Handheld barcode scanner support for floor-level cycle counts without interrupting register operations Shelf and item price tag generation that syncs with register pricing to support pricing compliance requirements EMV chip card processing, NFC contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and dual pricing or cash discount program support A 10" touchscreen customer-facing display for payment processing, loyalty enrollment, and transaction satisfaction ratings Liquor Store OS includes built-in employee management tools that connect scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and labor cost reporting directly to sales data — giving owners a complete view of revenue, cost of goods, and labor in one report. Customer retention features are native to the platform and include: A loyalty program that tracks individual customer purchase history by product category Automated preference-based email marketing triggered by new product arrivals matching a customer's purchase behavior Wine, whiskey, and spirits club creation with options for free or paid membership tiers charged directly through the POS End-of-transaction satisfaction ratings collected on the customer display and reported by employee over any time period Compliance tools built into the platform include dual pricing display logic, shelf and item tag price synchronization, EMV fraud liability protection, and optional ID scanning with age verification logging — providing documented records relevant to dram shop liability requirements across applicable states.
