Customer retention features are native to the platform and include: A loyalty program that tracks individual customer purchase history by product category Automated preference-based email marketing triggered by new product arrivals matching a customer's purchase behavior Wine, whiskey, and spirits club creation with options for free or paid membership tiers charged directly through the POS End-of-transaction satisfaction ratings collected on the customer display and reported by employee over any time period Compliance tools built into the platform include dual pricing display logic, shelf and item tag price synchronization, EMV fraud liability protection, and optional ID scanning with age verification logging — providing documented records relevant to dram shop liability requirements across applicable states.
