We've used Liquid Web for years for many of our hosting needs. I cannot say enough good about this company. Good products and great support. We ended up using their cloud-based servers to provide a primary and a backup solution for all of our customer websites, as well as our server-based phone system. Only 1 FTP account per site, which is a slight annoyance for our automated theme updates (would prefer an FTP account that only had access to the theme folder.)

When we signed up, we were sold a plan that didn't meet our needs and all of our sites dropped. It was a rough time for about a week, as we tried to do duct tape fixes, then ultimately switched to a higher plan. Liquid Web makes managed hosting really easy. I've never had any downtime in the over 3 years of use and the service comes with both Cpanel and WHM. Whether you're a power user or prefer a GUI to manage hosting, Liquid Web offers both options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
