I like LinovHR because it offers a complete and integrated HR system. It helps manage various HR processes in one platform, such as payroll, attendance, recruitment, performance management, learning management, and employee data.

The system is also flexible and can be adjusted to the company’s internal workflows, making HR processes more efficient, organized, and easier to monitor.

**What do you dislike about LinovHR?**

One thing that could be improved in LinovHR is the initial setup process. Since the system has many features and can be customized based on company needs, it may take some time for new users to fully understand the platform and configure it properly.

Some advanced features may also require guidance from the support team, especially for companies with more complex HR workflows. However, once the system is properly set up, it becomes easier to use and helps streamline many HR processes.

**What do you like best about LinovHR?**

I really like the high flexibility of LinovHR. My HR can manage it easily, and I can also use it easily for attendance, reimbursements, leave applications, shifts, and more. It makes it easier for me, especially when I have to go to the forest and face poor signal.

**What do you dislike about LinovHR?**

Sometimes it just likes to bug, but their team is always loyal in helping with all issues. The initial setup is quite difficult, but the implementation is done by their team, so we just receive it ready-made.

**What problems is LinovHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinovHR makes my attendance easier, especially when in areas with poor signal. Its high flexibility makes it easy for me to manage attendance, reimbursements, leave, and shifts.

Sometimes the network is quite slow, so logging into the application takes longer.

**What do you like best about LinovHR?**

That which seizes my attention in the online platform by Linov is that it has an extremely user-friendly interface. People as a one man show and do not have HR department the existence of an intuitive and straightforward navigation is really necessary. LinovHR ensures a platform whereby I can access and manage all of my key HR activities such as payroll and leave requests, and performance reviews in one centralized place.

**What do you dislike about LinovHR?**

The disappointment I met with LinovHR was appearance of restricting reporting. The Highway to Success platform patches up just basic reports but clicking this link and get exposed to deep analytics, getting to know employee performance and payroll trends. I would be able to improve my decision-making processes at the aspect of workers management.

**What problems is LinovHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now with a new HR software LinovHR I have cut down the burden those in charge of the HR are bearing in our small company. It enables me to capitalize on time and resources-related savings, which is critical for me to concentrate on other activities of the company. Furthermore, the platform ensures that the data consistency and the bypassing of manual data entry helps to reduce the probability of falling prey to any error.
