What do you like best about LinovHR?

That which seizes my attention in the online platform by Linov is that it has an extremely user-friendly interface. People as a one man show and do not have HR department the existence of an intuitive and straightforward navigation is really necessary. LinovHR ensures a platform whereby I can access and manage all of my key HR activities such as payroll and leave requests, and performance reviews in one centralized place. What do you dislike about LinovHR?

The disappointment I met with LinovHR was appearance of restricting reporting. The Highway to Success platform patches up just basic reports but clicking this link and get exposed to deep analytics, getting to know employee performance and payroll trends. I would be able to improve my decision-making processes at the aspect of workers management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
