Sometimes I would also like to have more detailed analytics on the performance of the links. Also we use it to analyze our past performance in order to see the marketing strategies that we can use in order to spread the links to more potential customer. Moreover this tool allows the feauture to include custom name to link so I add the business name as well in order to make the link more relevant and trust worthy. ### 3. LinkMngr has an easy inteface to setup all the links and brands. The link shortner is very amazing tool of this platform. It performs very vell and newly generated links are very clean and easy to comprehend. **What do you dislike about LinkMngr?** There are very less security options. The customer support could have been better. Integrations option are very limited and they need to include more paltforms that can integrate well with the LinkMngr tool. In addition, you can invite members to manage links for different Brands. **What do you dislike about LinkMngr?** -Unable to edit links -No link duplication(convenient to generate the same link with different domains) -Unable to add a password to link -No bulk import(using CSV) -No link expiration -No QR code -and many more -!!!VERY SLOW DEVELOPMENT!!! But, I have been with them for two months, I noticed that they didn't bring any updates come to life. Instead, they have just added a delete button for us to delete the unwanted links. Previously, you couldn't delete the links at all. Now, you can delete the links, but you can't edit them. So, it means they brought no updates to the product except the button. Every time I send them an email complaining about the development's slowness, they will reply to me that... "we will TRY TO bring updates as soon as we can". I can't take it anymore. I have to write an honest review. It is a SAAS backed by super slow development. Think multiple times before you buy LINKMNGR. **What problems is LinkMngr solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only thing LinkMngr solved to my problem is that they provide more custom domain names for link shortening and more workspaces compared to others.
