"Great tool that is a little buggy"

What do you like best about LinkedPhone?

The ability to make callers push a button inorder to get through to our staff has greatly helped in preventing spam calls from having to be answered by the staff.

The Customer support staff is extremely helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedPhone?

When it forwards the call out to your personal cell phone it completely loses the call in stead of keeping it with the auto attendant.

There are mutliple bugs when trying to use the software on a cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LinkedPhone?

LinkedPhone provides a good baseline second phone number for your business. The texting and calling work 99% of the time. It's fairly cheap and easy to get started with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedPhone?

Caller ID simply does not function even for numbers saved in the linked phone address book (specifically on the mobile app). Customer service told me to delete the app and download it again. I did that probably 10 times, it'd work for a couple calls, then stop working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LinkedPhone?

My favorite thing about LinkedPhone is that it is a cloud-based service. IF you've read any of my other reviews you'll know that I am a bit obsessed with "cloud" anything. Primarily, for the simple function of being able to access your information from anywhere and utilize these tools even outside of the actual office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedPhone?

Recommendations to others considering LinkedPhone:

Always do all your research before committing to a new plan/program/software. This happened to work out great for us, however, it is definitely geared more towards a small business. If you have larger needs perhaps looking into another system or inquiring if they can make adjustments for your specific business needs may be the appropriate course of action. What problems is LinkedPhone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, for a small business we had obtained your standard landline with a private number through our local telephone company. However, this gave us the ability to have an 800 number without the added costs/fees our local provider wanted to tack onto our monthly bill. Also - we now have the ability to receive texts, which is really helping out our customer base who really prefers text over phone calls; it has increased communication and interest in what we provide.
