## Lingo Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Lingo free, or does it offer a free trial?

Lingo does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Lingo cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Lingo pricing in 2026 starts at $80.00 and can reach $160.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Lingo's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Lingo pricing best suited for?

Lingo's pricing is best suited for small to mid-market teams in marketing, design, education, and consumer goods needing centralized digital asset management. G2 reviewers from small businesses (50 or fewer employees) in marketing, retail, and financial services consistently praise Lingo's Starter and Business tiers as right-sized and affordable. Mid-market reviewers (51-1000 employees) across non-profits, logistics, education, and software report strong fit at the Business tier. One retail small business reviewer noted zero training was required, reinforcing Lingo's fit for lean teams. Enterprise-scale organizations managing assets for 10,000-plus users appear on G2 and align with Lingo's Enterprise tier featuring SSO and custom domains.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Lingo?

Lingo's 30-day free trial delivers the full Business plan feature set, including password-protected kits, advanced custom branding, custom exports, and dynamic galleries. Lingo's Starter plan ($80/month) strips those back significantly: no password protection, no advanced branding, no custom exports, and no dynamic galleries. Lingo's Business plan ($160/month) restores all trial features. Lingo's Enterprise tier adds SSO, custom hosted domains, download requests, and advanced theming. G2 reviewers flag that custom branding and URL customization being gated at higher tiers is a meaningful limitation, with one marketing agency reviewer noting the price jump to enterprise-level features was too steep for their use case.

Is Lingo considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly rate Lingo's pricing favorably, with multiple users explicitly citing competitive pricing versus alternatives. One mid-market consumer goods reviewer called pricing 'incredibly competitive compared to others we assessed,' and a small business design reviewer noted Lingo hit 'the perfect price point' after finding other DAM tools prohibitively expensive. Reviewers who switched from Google Drive or Dropbox consistently report strong value gains. The main value concern on G2: key branding features like custom fonts, SSO, and custom domains are locked behind Enterprise (contact-for-pricing), frustrating mid-tier buyers who need only one or two of those features without paying for the full Enterprise bundle.

"Simplicity and Markdown Make Lingo a Standout"

5/5

What do you like best about Lingo?

I like the simplicity of the platform, and I personally love the Markdown support. Lingo is great for storing and keeping up with digital assets and brand guidelines for multiple brands. It allows us to support our wholesale customers by easily delivering media kits to them. It's also super easy to set up, especially since our brand kits weren't too complex before switching over. Lingo's pricing model worked better for us compared to other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lingo?

I would love a more robust account-wide file manager, as well as some additional display options for files inside of kits (like a large-size preview of a file, for instance). It would also be nice if the 'supplemental media' elements could be managed as files rather than as single-instance uploads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lingo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Lingo to store digital assets and brand guidelines. It helps us deliver media kits to customers efficiently and manage assets internally with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible Modular DAM: Easy to Use, Brand-Compliant, and Great Value"

5/5

What do you like best about Lingo?

Lingo is modular, easy-to-use, and has been nothing but incredible for our digital asset management uses. We are able to have brand-compliant media online in a simple-to-manage structure that is easy to navigate for clients and can even track analytics usage by those who open our links. Pricing is incredibly competitive compared to others we assessed before joining. I've never had an issue with performance and have been able to upload some pretty large files for folks when necessary. The team was incredibly kind during the onboarding process and helped us get set up using our existing system, so we could then go in and make updates for our new structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lingo?

The only downsides I've found with Lingo are very small usability features: occasionally images will upload at the bottom of the page, rather than where we are trying to drop them and you cannot mass select a group of images and drop them in a section higher on the page (you have to drag it the entire way up the page). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lingo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lingo helps us to have an easy-to-navigate digital asset management system to give our partners a simple system for finding the assets they need on their websites. We used to use GDrive and it wasn't nearly as friendly. Our partners have been loving the navigation, the labeling system, and the ability to add details to assets or clusters of assets for use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
