What do you like best about LIMSey?

Intuitive: minimal training is required for my technicians to understand how to use this program.

Adaptable: Customizable enough to adapt to many of our existing processes.

Compliant: Designed to accommodate ISO 17025 requirements across the entire platform.

What do you dislike about LIMSey?

Recommendations to others considering LIMSey:

For smaller labs trying to grow and develop easy processes & procedures, consider this software to migrate most of your lab management needs into a single place. LIMSey is constantly adding new features, so even if it doesn't have the exact feature you want, reach out to the development team and see if it's something they can add. What problems is LIMSey solving and how is that benefiting you?

LIMSey provides me with a place to store all data and information related to the Jobs we do as a company in a searchable way. It helps manage the lab's equipment, scheduling, corrective action, documents, and preventive maintenance. We combined all those previously separate systems, spreadsheets, and databases into one single system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the review Andrew! At this time we we have chosen to only support storing assets like attachments (pictures, videos, documents, etc.) on our servers. Integrating local storage and retrieval can become a bit tricky in regards to syncing so it's not something we've prioritized. However, you can provide links in the application to your local storage which should provide a similar experience without the complexities of syncing. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

What do you like best about LIMSey?

It was easily implemented and is easy to use. It is an indispensable tool to help our lab maintain ISO compliance. All your documents are in one location; test results, equipment maintenance and calibration records, corrective and preventive actions, and anything else you need for your auditors. What do you dislike about LIMSey?

Other than final test reports, it isn't formatted for printing. This could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Tina! Thank you so much for the review. A recent update of ours has allowed us to more quickly develop PDF versions of any pages within the application. Please give me a call or send me an email of which pages you'd like developed first for printer-friendliness and I'll make sure we get those prioritized.
