MiLi's integrated internal dictionary has significantly improved the quality and consistency of our material descriptions by providing standardized terminology and guidance. We have the ability to maintain the internal dictionary with what suits us best. Editing on the fly makes it easy without having to rely on somebody else in the Tech team.

The search functionality enhances material discoverability as it combines multiple SAP transactions into one screen, making it easier for users to identify existing materials and reduce duplication. The ability to attach supporting documents and images helps users validate and confirm material details, while built-in duplicate checks further minimize the creation of duplicate records.

The platform's integration with SAP is a key strength, with instant synchronization as well as hourly and overnight delta updates ensuring material data remains current across systems.

The Lexin team has been flexible, always welcoming new ideas to improve the system and always on standby to support with questions and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While MiLi has delivered significant benefits, there are still some areas for improvement. The user interface, particularly within the Request Queue and Reporting modules, can feel somewhat clunky and less intuitive than other parts of the platform. That said, we are aware that the development team is actively reviewing and enhancing these areas.

Another limitation is the lack of a bulk creation capability, which would be a valuable addition to the product roadmap. However, this was a known constraint when we adopted MiLi, and it has not diminished the overall value the platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MiLi’s User Interface allows for a streamlined Data Governance approach with its ability to standardize Material Master Taxonomy, easily see Inventory ROP reduction opportunities using data driven analytics that take the "emotion" out the decision-making process. Along with its data-enrichment capabilities, MiLi is one of the best software applications I’ve used in a very long time. There is nothing I dislike about the MiLi Application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mili has allowed Wilmar Sugar to make a step change in the process of cataloguing and stock level determination for our MRO inventories. The ability to link in a criticality assessment and lead time review to support the determination of ROP/ROQ was a deciding factor in implementing the software. But the best thing about Mili has been the support of the Lexin team. They have taken every step to ensure the experience and outcomes we were after are successful and made extensive changes to ensure the integration of Mili through BTP worked seamlessly.

My team are now using Mili extensively having completed in excess of 3500 ROP/ROQ reviews and over 7000 lead time reviews in the past 9 months, resulting in a reduction of inventory levels of over $2.2M. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we went through the implementation it became apparent Mili was earlier in its development than we expected. This implementation took us longer than expected while Lexin developed their BTP interface and completed their SOCII certification.

The workflow process is challenging for a multi-site, multi-tier approval level organization. I am looking forward to the new version which will address these issues.

Implementing and integrating the software with SAP is remarkably straightforward, making the process smooth and efficient. The customer service and support provided by their knowledgeable team truly deserve recognition.

What sets the Lexin team apart is that they don't simply deploy the software and leave. Instead, they become an integral part of the broader team, actively seeking to deliver substantial value and a strong return on investment through their thorough and ongoing engagement.
