The platform is very easy to use, and one of the biggest advantages is that it can be accessed directly through WhatsApp, making it convenient to use without needing to switch between multiple applications. The AI provides reliable responses with minimal hallucinations compared to many other tools I've tried. Whenever I've needed help, the team has been quick to respond and always willing to assist. They're also open to feedback and continuously improve the product based on customer needs. Moreover their outlook and word integrations are also super helpful Overall, Lexi combines ease of use, accessibility through WhatsApp, accurate AI responses, and excellent customer support, making it a valuable tool for everyday work. **What do you dislike about Lexi?** There isn't much I dislike about Lexi. Like any software platform, occasional small bugs or issues can come up, but what stands out is how quickly the team responds and fixes them. They're very receptive to feedback and proactive in resolving problems, so minor issues rarely become long-term concerns. **What problems is Lexi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lexi helps us handle a much higher workload without needing to increase manpower.
