The signature analytics is only available if you add the banner in the campaign module, which automatically places the banner to the bottom of the signature. In my case, i needed the banner to be in between text. So I manually added the banner as an image as part of the signature instead, which means i don't the analytics. Before LSI, we did not have a solution for managing our email signatures. In addition to a lack of harmony in our signatures, any modifications or additions quickly became complicated to implement. At the BO level, there are some views missing that would allow for time savings in the configuration/assignment of signatures and campaigns, as well as in the analysis of statistics. It can be a little clunky for users to use at first, an onboarding document both for the user and for the team members creating the signatures would be great.
