Even during French business hours, if you try to reach them using their chat facility, you only get a message saying that they will respond to you in two business days, which they will not do. There is virtually no documentation. I had to beg and plead for some poorly-written documentation about how to set up the connectors. Even if you manage to get the poorly-written documentation, it is incorrect, as it does not contain the correct form of the SPF record. I struggled with this company for over two years. It was like a breath of fresh air when I finally dumped them for a competitor. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to stamp our outgoing emails with a corporate signature to impart a degree of professionalism to our communications. Letsignit also allows marketing campaigns in the signature, so customers can learn more about your products by clicking on a banner in the signature. The interface is pretty good too, and clean overall. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** There are no filters in the team page. There is no easy way to push the signatures out to new people *only*. When I add new people and add their signatures, it will often not update at all. There is no easy way to deactivate a user from the Team page. There is no error message log. When I get the "updating signatures" prompt on the top of the page, a few often never update, and there is no way of tracking or seeing which ones or what happened.
