It has really improved the quality of our company signatures. Plus, any issues we have come across, the support team is very attentive and receptive to feedback. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** The statistics do not automatically track the number of impressions each campaign gets (the number of times an email is sent with a particular banner ad), but they do track the number of clicks each banner ad receives and from which user's signature. Tracking impressions would be a really helpful statistic for marketing KPIs. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Letsignit is providing us with banner ads on each one-to-one email we send to leads and customers, which really increases our number of impressions. It has also majorly updated the appearance of our signatures and allowed us to make them consistent across our entire team. ### 2. Being able to pull in our profiles and setup groups based on security groups really made things easy for us. The ability to roll out via a deployable plugin by those same groups made for a very simple administrative process for us. The design ability of the signatures was quite easy to work with and make adjustments. They've really thought about every single feature. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** The only issue we had with our rollout process is that the add-in deployment method forced the signatures (yes ovb this is what we want) but it also didn't allow us to make adjustments per email. For example, lets say we adjusted the signature, then changed the recipients it would revert back. This same issue occurred when we were forwarding a highly formatted email, it would inject the signature mid-email. Not a massive showstopper but we did have to turn of signatures for a select few as a result. The team at lets sign it is amazing, and they are looking at ways to resolve this for us so I'd imagine this will no longer be an issue in the future. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to manually update signatures as well as update the campaigns within our signatures was really hard to maintain. This made it extremely simple for us, with a couple clicks and we were on our way. ### 4. I had many questions in the early stages and throughout the setup process. I wanted to make this tool work for my teams, and the Letsignit staff was patient with my questions and took several calls to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I got exactly what I was hoping for from the tool, and I couldn't be more grateful. Also, it is super inexpensive. You absolutely cannot beat the price, especially with the quality of their support. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** There have been a lot of significant updates happening with the tool, but it seems each time an update is made, it adversely affects a new area. For example, there was a disruption to people who had the Letsignit plugin but did not have a license to utilize the tool. It affected many people, and my IT team was overwhelmed with ticket inquiries. While this was not the intent, it did cause issues for people within my company. It contains all the features we need and you can customise the signature well enough in terms of design and users (whereas other tools can be quite limited). **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** The signature analytics is only available if you add the banner in the campaign module, which automatically places the banner to the bottom of the signature. In my case, i needed the banner to be in between text. So I manually added the banner as an image as part of the signature instead, which means i don't the analytics. As stated in the title, the strong AD Integration and excellent customer support make LetSignIt better than other products I've used. Plus, their feature set continues to evolve, and become more robust. That said, if I were to recommend a solution to a peer, I would recommend LetSignIt **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** Nothing to speak of. Even during French business hours, if you try to reach them using their chat facility, you only get a message saying that they will respond to you in two business days, which they will not do. There is virtually no documentation. I had to beg and plead for some poorly-written documentation about how to set up the connectors. Even if you manage to get the poorly-written documentation, it is incorrect, as it does not contain the correct form of the SPF record. I struggled with this company for over two years. It was like a breath of fresh air when I finally dumped them for a competitor. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to stamp our outgoing emails with a corporate signature to impart a degree of professionalism to our communications. Letsignit also allows marketing campaigns in the signature, so customers can learn more about your products by clicking on a banner in the signature.
