The "must haves" were 1) short learning curve for end users, 2) can sync with Active Directory, 3) The signature will be attached email sent by cell phone. LetSignIt was the only one to deliver all 3. They also have some of the best technical support I've seen in a company. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** Sometimes the technical solutions and videos are in French, but I know enough Latin to read French. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The school has established a branding standard, starting with uniform signatures. Rather than rely on people to follow convention, LetSignIt does that for them. ### 43. Some simple tasks are not as simple as they should be. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** Signatures for shared accounts. They still do not work properly. Their troubleshooting needs to improve as well as their communications in terms of when our account rep left, we were not informed and only found out when we reached out and our request bounced. Strange they didn't forward that email address as well...that is email 101 in my eyes. Also, if you have multiple signatures, if you need to update several (IE we updated our logo) you need to do this one at a time. VERY TEDIOUS. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use of signatures on Shared accounts. Letsignit has been working on it for a while now with no resolution in site. Additionally, the integration in our case with Azure Active Directory makes the change of positions, phone numbers, etc., centralized. We have the experience of one of our clients who manages their campaigns according to the company's departments, which makes marketing even more customizable towards their contacts and clients. We have had the pleasure of working with Roger Cabrera, who has always supported us in support matters. It is worth highlighting his kindness and the speed of his responses, always willing to resolve any doubts. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** Perhaps the only thing that had a lesser impact was the push failure in OWA. An improvement that could be made is the license counter. For example, when we make assignments through Azure AD groups, the system indicates that, for example, 24 out of 24 licenses are used. However, if you have added a person through a group, the system could not only warn you that you have reached the limit, but also that you are lacking licenses. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The massive change of signatures and their centralization in a single console, through the partner portal, means we no longer have to make changes team by team, simplifying a tedious task that could take a lot of time. ### 47. It's fast and the platform is really nice. We were having some troubles but I should say thank you Nancy Stavrianeas for helping us out. You really made a difference in the service and took us to a resolution. It was not quick, but in the end, everything was fixed thanks to your involvement. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** There were a lot of miscommunications, which led to several problems with our bills, and with customer service. As a company, it was really stressful and we were close to changing providers. Thanks to Nancy Stavrianeas, everything worked out in the end. You guys need to centralize the information of your customers, by not doing so, we as customers have several people telling us different things and we have to repeat our story or our issues over and over again. It has really improved the quality of our company signatures. Plus, any issues we have come across, the support team is very attentive and receptive to feedback. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** The statistics do not automatically track the number of impressions each campaign gets (the number of times an email is sent with a particular banner ad), but they do track the number of clicks each banner ad receives and from which user's signature. Tracking impressions would be a really helpful statistic for marketing KPIs. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Letsignit is providing us with banner ads on each one-to-one email we send to leads and customers, which really increases our number of impressions. It has also majorly updated the appearance of our signatures and allowed us to make them consistent across our entire team. ### 49. Being able to pull in our profiles and setup groups based on security groups really made things easy for us. The ability to roll out via a deployable plugin by those same groups made for a very simple administrative process for us. The design ability of the signatures was quite easy to work with and make adjustments. They've really thought about every single feature. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** The only issue we had with our rollout process is that the add-in deployment method forced the signatures (yes ovb this is what we want) but it also didn't allow us to make adjustments per email. For example, lets say we adjusted the signature, then changed the recipients it would revert back. This same issue occurred when we were forwarding a highly formatted email, it would inject the signature mid-email. Not a massive showstopper but we did have to turn of signatures for a select few as a result. The team at lets sign it is amazing, and they are looking at ways to resolve this for us so I'd imagine this will no longer be an issue in the future. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to manually update signatures as well as update the campaigns within our signatures was really hard to maintain.
