The best part is that you can change the signature of all members of your organization very quickly, saving a lot of time, since once you have the agent installed or in the case of the Addin, you just send the change, which makes the change transparent for the user.

Additionally, the integration in our case with Azure Active Directory makes the change of positions, phone numbers, etc., centralized.

We have the experience of one of our clients who manages their campaigns according to the company's departments, which makes marketing even more customizable towards their contacts and clients.

Perhaps the only thing that had a lesser impact was the push failure in OWA. An improvement that could be made is the license counter. For example, when we make assignments through Azure AD groups, the system indicates that, for example, 24 out of 24 licenses are used. However, if you have added a person through a group, the system could not only warn you that you have reached the limit, but also that you are lacking licenses. It's easy to use. It's fast and the platform is really nice. We were having some troubles but I should say thank you Nancy Stavrianeas for helping us out. There were a lot of miscommunications, which led to several problems with our bills, and with customer service. As a company, it was really stressful and we were close to changing providers. Thanks to Nancy Stavrianeas, everything worked out in the end. You guys need to centralize the information of your customers, by not doing so, we as customers have several people telling us different things and we have to repeat our story or our issues over and over again. The statistics do not automatically track the number of impressions each campaign gets (the number of times an email is sent with a particular banner ad), but they do track the number of clicks each banner ad receives and from which user's signature. Connecting to Office365 was slick. Being able to pull in our profiles and setup groups based on security groups really made things easy for us. The ability to roll out via a deployable plugin by those same groups made for a very simple administrative process for us. The design ability of the signatures was quite easy to work with and make adjustments. They've really thought about every single feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue we had with our rollout process is that the add-in deployment method forced the signatures (yes ovb this is what we want) but it also didn't allow us to make adjustments per email. For example, lets say we adjusted the signature, then changed the recipients it would revert back. This same issue occurred when we were forwarding a highly formatted email, it would inject the signature mid-email. Not a massive showstopper but we did have to turn of signatures for a select few as a result. The team at lets sign it is amazing, and they are looking at ways to resolve this for us so I'd imagine this will no longer be an issue in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about Letsignit is the employees. I had many questions in the early stages and throughout the setup process. I wanted to make this tool work for my teams, and the Letsignit staff was patient with my questions and took several calls to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I got exactly what I was hoping for from the tool, and I couldn't be more grateful.

There have been a lot of significant updates happening with the tool, but it seems each time an update is made, it adversely affects a new area. For example, there was a disruption to people who had the Letsignit plugin but did not have a license to utilize the tool. It affected many people, and my IT team was overwhelmed with ticket inquiries. While this was not the intent, it did cause issues for people within my company.

- for setting up a new signature: proposals for new templates, logos better than the previous ones, possibility to customize as well

- the live tutorials are very well explained + videos which allowed me to take the time for each step of the setup with the new version

- a responsive / proactive customer service and perfect support, a lot of patience and pedagogy with the users, bravo Kevin!!!!!
