**What do you like best about Lempod?**

The platform did what it promised in terms of LinkedIn engagement pods. It was fairly easy to use while my subscription was active.

**What do you dislike about Lempod?**

I paid a $60 refundable deposit, which was clearly stated as fully refundable when I joined. After I canceled, I only got $30 back. When I asked why, support said they had changed their payment processor and could no longer process the rest of my refund. That’s not acceptable — the money was paid to Lempod, not the processor. I even offered to accept service credit instead, but they declined. This shows poor accountability and a lack of customer care.

**What problems is Lempod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't think it's helpful. It hurts in the long run. Don't use it.

**What do you like best about Lempod?**

I appreciate Lempod for its automated likes and comments, which enhance engagement on LinkedIn. The focus on genuine relationships, engagement pods, and algorithmic post boosts makes it valuable, promising increased visibility and authentic interactions on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lempod?**

I find Lempod's pricing too high for a pod, and the necessity of using an extension adds operational complexity. The combination of a high price point and added inconvenience with the extension may deter some users from fully embracing the tool for their LinkedIn automation needs.

**What problems is Lempod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lempod tackles the issue of low engagement on LinkedIn by automating interactions, which can boost my visibility and expand my network.
