"User-Friendly Admin Setup, but SSO Login Issues"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Legion WFM?

As a newer user and Administrator of Legion, I have been incredibly impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. Often, enterprise-grade WFM systems have a steep learning curve, but I was able to get a firm handle on the administrative configurations relatively quickly.

A standout feature is the automated timecard approval workflow. The ability to set granular filters is a game-changer; it allows the system to handle the "business as usual" approvals automatically while still flagging specific exceptions that require a manager’s manual intervention. What do you dislike about Legion WFM?

The SSO login and account recovery process for associates is a significant pain point. There is often confusion among employees regarding the difference between using SSO and a standard email/password login, especially when they get a new device.

As an Administrator, I lack the ability to reset these accounts or resolve these credential issues directly. Instead, I have to reach out to support for an account reset and then put the associate through the entire re-onboarding process from scratch. This creates a repetitive administrative burden and a frustrating experience for the end-user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
