We love how it has improved communications with our students. Daily tracking of student activity is vital to our programs and the reporting options help us see where all students are in the push of a button. Student daily performance has improved. Course building and scorm intergraitions are seemless. Support and pricing for such a diverse platform has given us the ability to take our course to a higher performance level. The website creation has a bit of a learning curve. It is challenge at times to know what is the right widget to apply in certain areas. Although the templates are useful, they are sometimes constricting when you want to add a little design freedom.

Suggested improvements:

Show a notification when another person is already grading an assignment in the review center.

A report that shows assignment submission for individual users within a certain date range.

I think the application could be improved a lot. I would love for it to allow sending messages directly within the app. Also, while the current interface is easy, it could be modernized. It doesn't feel as fresh as other apps I use. There are issues with Meta Pixel, and I would definitely work on improving the meta connection, so events are automatically sent there without additional automation for each. the user friendliness is really good, once you got the hang of how everything works and where everything is located on the site editor or dashoard development get really easy. Getting to such a point is not hard, some functionality might not be what i am used to but most things can be learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?

While the user friendliness is great within learnworlds, it is at the same time one of the points where i can see some major issue arise. As far as i know learnworlds is meant to be a development tool for people who do not know much about the back-end/setup of a website with code for example. That being the case, a lot of functionality traditional developers might want, is left out, or implemented in a weird way. One of the biggest features i personally miss a lot is a way to have version control on our school, having a dedicated development, feature and production version of the site which can be managed by merging and pushing commits. Our company got recommended a specific "sandbox" school for this matter, but it lacks the synchronization and ease of use to push features that a traditional branch like structure has in a project. It is of course great to have a dedicated sandbox environment where we can test new features and meddle with the courses as we please but it is far from being a way to implement new features correctly. the problem that learnworlds is solving again has to do with the user friendliness, our team exists of a lot of people with knowlegde on a topic we want to sell, but with less experience of how to create sites, learnwords does make that easier. Some of us in the team know more about how learnworlds works and are more technical and the rest knows the basics to works with the program. This is where the ease of use shines again because it helps smaller teams, like the one i am in, develop on a site without having the need for a big development team. What do you like best about LearnWorlds?

I transitioned from a different platform to LearnWorlds, and it solved so many headaches for me. I love that LearnWorlds allows the ability to purchase more than one course at a time and purchase licenses for courses so directors can purchase for their staff. The custom certificates and tagging features are great. I appreciate how everything, including my business's front end website and backend courses, is all in one place now. The customer service has been amazing and fast, always has the answers. I find the AI bot helpful as it gives answers to my questions and even generates pictures for problem-solving. The platform is easy to use, and I love the different ways a course can be customized and has so much interaction. The customization LearnWorlds offers and the cart features are a big motivator for the switch. The initial setup was easy; I just watched some videos and figured it out. What do you dislike about LearnWorlds?

I need the feature that Live Virtual trainings are tax-exempt, meaning the live virtual training is $30 and none of that price includes tax or has tax added. Where I live, people do not have to pay taxes on live virtual trainings. I also wish captions in multiple languages were easier, like a button you can toggle on/off for each language.
