**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

BI and Analytics Powerhouse: The robust dashboards and custom reporting are phenomenal. They allow us to directly feed quality data into our broader analytics models (like our multi-touch attribution models), giving us a holistic view of the customer journey and agent impact.

Agent Development Focus: The platform is designed to coach, not just score. Agents receive personalized feedback dashboards, targeted learning actions, and the gamification features (leaderboards, badges) keep the process engaging and competitive.

Responsive Support: The Leaptree team has been incredibly helpful in ensuring we optimize the tool for our specific CFD trading business needs.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

Integration with our proprietary call recording system took some initial configuration, but the Leaptree team was highly effective in supporting us through the process.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to move beyond subjective, manual QA and integrate quality metrics directly into our Business Intelligence framework. Specifically, we sought to: 1) Standardize evaluation across our global teams, 2) Tie agent-level QA scores directly to our overall performance metrics, and 3) Automate the administrative burden of sampling and reporting.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

Leaptree's great at making it really simple for us to manage internal QA processes. The thing we like the most about it is that it's simple enough to create Scorecards even as a relatively junior admin, as the process is entirely declarative. Also, the team has been responsive and supportive in creating new features and helping adoption for us. Great product, great support.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

This list is fairly limited - and is arguably still positive overall - but the product is quite rapid in its development and this has lead to a small handful of stumbles for us, but the team's always been on hand to help us overcome issues with new releases. We've yet to have any major incidents, just minor developmental ones in Sandboxes.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an FCA regulated business, we have to follow processes carefully to provide meaningfully beneficial interactions with our customers that remain within the law. Leaptree allows us to score and maintain our FCA mandated guidelines in a way that's easy to review and manage from an omnichannel powered workflow.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

We chose LeapTree when we launched our Quality Management program. Right from the beginning, the setup process was straightforward, thanks in large part to the assistance of a dedicated onboarding manager. Since LeapTree is native to Salesforce, creating scorecards felt intuitive, and the dashboards integrated seamlessly with our existing Salesforce fields and data. Our team uses LeapTree daily, and it consistently meets the needs of our front-line users. Overall, LeapTree fulfilled our requirements when we started our QA program and continues to do so as the product evolves.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

Compared to other QA providers, LeapTree currently offers minimal automation, even though they are actively developing their platform and regularly introducing new features. The manual nature of LeapTree, along with the absence of trending capabilities and automatic knowledge creation, are definite areas where the product could be improved.

LeapTree serves as our main QA software, helping us maintain consistency in our customer service delivery and ensuring we meet our customers' needs.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

I’ve been impressed with Leaptree Optimize. Their support team is responsive and helpful, and the tool works seamlessly with our custom objects in Salesforce. Their objects make Salesforce reporting simple and intuitive, and we love the flexibility to customize permissions exactly how we need them. Overall, a powerful solution that is native to Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

The only con I can think of is the learning curve. With how customizable this tool is, it really is able to handle complex business rules for QA, but this comes at the cost of learning the tool.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a QA process for multiple kinds of communication that our employees do. We use Leaptree optimize to have quality assurace on this communication. The tool schedules the ?QA reviews, picks the calls and emails, helps with storing the data and reporting, and notifies users of these QA reviews. It's the complete QA system native to Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

Leaptree is an essential tool for comprehensive quality assessments. I’m less experienced with Salesforce and found Leaptree to be easy to understand and implement for my team. This tool massively improved our agent coaching by identifying key areas of improvement. We went from using an excel doc to streamlining our QA process. This saved us time and effort by having everything centralized in salesforce. I would recommend this product to any team wanting to enhance their customer service.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

The only thing I dislike about Leaptree is some of the features are hard to figure out. (Which may come from my lack of Salesforce knowledge)  I wish there was more trainings around scorecard creation. For example, if an evaluator rejected a scorecard then the new scorecard always populated to the same evaluator regardless of who rejected it. Probably an easy fix but we never figured it out!

Leaptree is able to identify areas our agents need training. This was hard to identify before because CSAT scores only presented a high level view. With Leaptree, we are able to score our agents on process knowledge and soft skills, which identified what areas we needed to host more trainings.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

Whatever QA program you have, this one is better!  I'm thoroughly impressed. Optimize seamlessly integrates (it's native, after all!), which allowed us to onboard and ramp up quickly and minimized the internal tech resources needed.   

I spend my whole day in SF managing people and quality processes, and I am also a certified Lean efficiency expert, so I'm literally ALL about efficiency and reduction of waste.  Having quality integrated into our system of record and service is a huge time saver!  Customization is a breeze and gets better the more you learn about the system - our business has multiple e-commerce verticals and both B2B and B2C sales and service; it's a lot to manage and monitor!  Optimize allows me to tailor our quality process precisely to our business needs and to do so quickly to ensure we're adjusting our focus in real-time on the needs of the business and areas of opportunity.  I can't say enough about the support team, our onboarding experience, and the time and effort everyone put into ensuring we got the best use out of the product; you can't go wrong here!
  We implemented LeapTree Optimize at the end of last year, and the result? A substantial increase in consistency across all aspects of our operations and more fruitful coaching conversations. The investment in LeapTree Optimize has translated into tangible savings and improved productivity for all of our client-facing and quality evaluation teams. I highly recommend the product for businesses seeking streamlined Salesforce integration and enhanced performance.

I really enjoyed working with the team, so it's (almost) a bummer that it works so well, and I never seem to need their help with anything.  Barry, Susan, and the whole team at LeapTree have been instrumental in our success in onboarding and gaining acceptance and buy-in from our business.

There really isn't anything I dislike about Leaptree Optimize. It really allows you to focus on what's important and helps you to get better at your job. I think everyone should use it.

When you first start working at a company, you're taught things a certain way but as time goes on things change and you want to make sure that you're consistently performing the best way possible. Properly entering info into Salesforce, taking away key feedback to excel at your job, which means I can make more money.

The creation and management of quality scorecards are super easy. Dashboards and reports give visibility into the performance of the agents. The ability to download the scorecard in PDF format is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

The dashboards and reports need to be created by someone with the knowledge to do so. It would be great to have modules to facilitate the creation of these areas.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a long time, we’ve been using physical scorecards and/or computer spreadsheets to track and monitor quality assurance. Having a platform that provides us with the data necessary to adapt to our customers is very useful.

I love how customizable the experience is with Leaptree. Also, our contacts there are incredibly helpful and are able to fine-tune to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

There are some aspects of Leaptree that aren't entirely intuitive, or that require reaching out to our contacts there in order to get answers or solutions, but it has been an invaluable tool as we have built the QA roles at our company.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Leaptree, we hand-pulled cases and data for Quality Assurance at our company. Now, Leaptree automatically pulls cases for us, per our set parameters, and generates reports that are easy to view and interpret in Salesforce. This has saved our team so much time when it comes to grading cases and presenting findings to our leadership team.

I love the ease of using Leaptree optimize, and the setup was a breeze. Their development team helped every step of the way! Super simple to create and edit scorecards on the fly.

I really can't think of any pitfalls with the product at this point. They've done a great job with the software.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

1. The fact that Optimize doesn't make any calls to external clouds made it possible to get this tool approved for US Government where many others failed. You keep possession of all your Data in your already established Salesforce cloud. 

2. Optimize lets you pick from your existing objects/data to automatically create scorecards and assign them to whomever you'd like (queues/groups or individual agents). 

3. The team listens to feedback and when they hear a good idea that they can easily incorporate, they do it. Not like some other companies where things go into the list of ignored feedback. Honestly I've watched this product grow and improve over the last several years and it's really hitting it's stride. 

4. It's EXTREMELY easy for the QA agents to use, significantly lowering the training that needs to be done to start using this product.  This is particularly true if you are already on Salesforce Lightning.  

5. The team is also very responsive to questions. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for customer service.  

6. Oh and the pricing model is very reasonable. You only have to buy the licenses you plan to use where other similar products try to make you buy licenses for everyone in your org instead of just those actually completing scorecards or working on their administration. 

7. Oh and the setup is clicks not code (I'm not even a SFDC admin and I figured it out 85% of it before having to ask them questions).  

Looking at 40+ different QA tools in the last year or so, Optimize was the best hands down for a US Federal Government Salesforce QA System...And that was before the features in their most recent release.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

You have to be on Salesforce Lightning (more of a good to know than a dislike).  

There is no "Preview Scorecard" feature on the scorecard builder. So you have to open a second tab that has the scorecard you are working on and then refresh it after you make changes. Not a huge deal. Doesn't affect the QA evaluators at all, just the person who is creating the scorecards.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leaptree was really a giant step forward for our program. 
-Better reporting of scores/averages/trends
-Better work monitoring  and horizontal agent analysis
-The interface is MUCH easier for QA agents to use
-Changes in scorecards are handled really well (this was a problem for us in the past). All prior records are retained/unchanged if you change a scorecard (which was a big deal). The future scorecards follow the new version as soon as you save your scorecard type change. This is great.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

Very easy to understand and set up. 
The Leaptree team helped every step of the way and it was a pleasure to work with them.
The product is super configurable so its really easy to set up and adjust scorecards. 
The team leads loved the ease of use and the dasboards. 
Top marks.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

There really were no negatives. A little bit of attention was needed to get the right linking to calls, due to specifics of our telephony set up. This was quickly overcome and the Leaptree team were super-helpful in assisting us.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of consistency across managers in terms of call listening. Also the old process was clunky and time consuming - we estimated only 10% of the overall time was spent on actually listening to calls. This is reversed - with all the manual work eliminated and managers easily going straight into calls and evaluating.

**What do you like best about Leaptree Optimize?**

The best part is the scorecard creation configure which is able to set detailed conditions and schedules to evaluate tickets. And they always support quickly and actively when I encounter the issues.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

It takes a bit long time to query the results when performing complicated queries.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time spent on QA for evaluating CS companies and enables efficient business management.

The developers have really worked hard in creating a dynamic portal that meets and exceeds our needs.

**What do you dislike about Leaptree Optimize?**

Not much at all, there is some confusion around reporting but the team has been very helpful in training us on how to create reports.

**What problems is Leaptree Optimize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving a reporting problem we encountered with our old platform. The dynamic reporting within leaptree helps us maximize our output to our clients.
