It provides its users the capability of sharing larger files that are secured and encrypted as well. Leapfile also gives users a single login platform for incoming an outgoing files with the same credentials used for file repository and file sharing options. Also allows the uploading of customized logos and default messages to give an unique look to the file exchange site and makes it an extension of the company. It can create multiple repositories for a broad variety of categories and also adding new folder structures for a better organization. Leapfile also secures users information by setting permission to the actual users of the platform. Exporting files from Excel spreadsheets is also possible for better viewing and managing. Finally it has capabilities that includes permissions management for external clients, external and internal users management and other things related. **What do you dislike about Leapfile?** What I dislike from using Leapfile is that the interface is text-based and provides no interaction with graphics and makes it hard for either our employees and our clients to make quick decisions about which action they are going to choose to complete their downloads. Also we realized that admin controls are not working at full capacity causing issues and delays. We have also encountered problems with sending emails through Outlook plugin, default formatted text cause confusion with retrieving files from our clients and employees with no action to download, this is caused by the HTML code that is not entirely done. Finally, uploading files tend to hold a cookie that contains an "expired link" causing issues to our clients. **Recommendations to others considering Leapfile:** Leapfile has demonstrated to be a reliable source for managing and transferring large files across departments in small, mid and big organizations. I strongly advice you to rely on expert hands before implementing this software. Pricing is not a problem because is cheaper than other similar solutions but you can set a trend if you use Leapfile wisely. **What problems is Leapfile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Leapfile has been really good to our company and this is because we have solved many problems like for example: we can send and receive large files across our department in a secure way. We have also achieved a goal with our clients and is that their files are now secure and protected from cyberattacks and ransomware as well. Our company has gained field in managing files transfer securely by encrypting and keeping files in highly protected servers provided by Leapfile. ### 2. I also like that the service is totally free with this you enjoy 15GB free storage and if you want to hire more space in the cloud is not very expensive either, what I like is that I do not need to do much to access the storage service just have an account in Microsoft Outlook. I love the level of security that the platform has, I really feel very protected my documents hosting them in the Leapfile cloud, because it has one of the most advanced security technologies. The automatic integration with the Apple system seems perfect to me, I must also say that with Android it also works quite well. Its mobile application allows me to edit, move and organize my files from wherever I am, it's very cool.
