I wouldn't know where to start with keeping track of lead gen if it weren't for LS. The pipeline and processes are so easy to implement with the support of the library and LS staffing. The reporting also provides a lot of use when tracking KPI's or putting together executive summaries. I use this program for hours each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A couple of examples: Within processes, we can't follow a task with another when the first is completed (we have to keep adding tasks, checking if it's been completed), we cannot automate emails or texts unless they are templates, etc. We really like LeadSimple and hope that product updates will make good software even better.
