What do you like best about Leadsales CRM?

What I like most about Leadsales is that it’s a very easy-to-use platform. It’s incredibly intuitive, which means I don’t have to waste time teaching new team members how to use it.

Another reason I really like this CRM is the tool that lets me view and analyze my team’s performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadsales CRM?

One of the things I don’t like—but I understand it happens—is the response time from the support team. They usually reply in under 10 minutes, but there have been a couple of times when it took a bit longer. Still, I understand that’s because there are more support requests. A great platform that has helped me increase my sales. My business is more traditional, but with the help of this tool, I have been able to increase my ads and the organization of my messages is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price is fair and it can easily connect to messaging apps such as whatsapp api and whatsapp buisness. Its easy to use and veru straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no public api to integrate to our systems, a necessary functionality for our operations. There are similar and even lowerede priced tools that do very similar stuff. Customer support is ok, i just felt is not very personalized or directed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
