
What I like most about Leadsales is that it’s a very easy-to-use platform. It’s incredibly intuitive, which means I don’t have to waste time teaching new team members how to use it.

One of the things I don’t like—but I understand it happens—is the response time from the support team. They usually reply in under 10 minutes, but there have been a couple of times when it took a bit longer. Still, I understand that’s because there are more support requests.
