I like the overall concept, I can filter leads using Location and get targeted contacts around any niche. It is also not too much expensive and I can use it on daily basis to generate more business for my agency. It can be easily integrated in my business leads generation workflow. **What do you dislike about Leads Gorilla?** Need to use my own Google Maps API, and that can sometimes cause issues. The customer support can be improved, in order for this tool to retain it's old customers. The new interface can be a bit tricky or some users and the initial setup also requires some technical knowledge. **What problems is Leads Gorilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best thing I like about it is the quick and easy lead generation using just keywords and target locations. I worked with support, and it still didn't work. Then they gave me a crapy "upgrade" that was only temporary until they now revoked my upgrade and demanded more money when I was an early supporter but the character of the founders is horrible. The tools don't even use their APIs you have to pay and use your own through google. This is the worst SAAS I've dealt with, and I have many tools for my businesses. **What do you dislike about Leads Gorilla?** Everything is a horrible tool created by founders with no character who don't support people with zero integrity. The tool is basic any free scraper is better. There is a chrome extension called eminer that is 100x that leads gorilla is. its a simple idea they make it difficult, and expensive and they don't support their products. **What problems is Leads Gorilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leads but its the worst solution on the market.
