It is quick and easy to search for new leads using Leads Gorilla with just some keywords related to my niche. I like the overall concept, I can filter leads using Location and get targeted contacts around any niche. It is also not too much expensive and I can use it on daily basis to generate more business for my agency.

Need to use my own Google Maps API, and that can sometimes cause issues. The customer support can be improved, in order for this tool to retain it's old customers.

I got it to prospect, and initially, it didn't work. I worked with support, and it still didn't work. Then they gave me a crapy "upgrade" that was only temporary until they now revoked my upgrade and demanded more money when I was an early supporter but the character of the founders is horrible. The tools don't even use their APIs you have to pay and use your own through google. This is the worst SAAS I've dealt with, and I have many tools for my businesses. Everything is a horrible tool created by founders with no character who don't support people with zero integrity. The tool is basic any free scraper is better. There is a chrome extension called eminer that is 100x that leads gorilla is. its a simple idea they make it difficult, and expensive and they don't support their products. I have found that Leads gorilla does what it does best! By only using a few keywords I was able to find numerous new leads along with information about the company I wasn't expecting! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
