It can accommodate various meeting types - one-on-one, group meetings, round robins etc. The built-in workflow options are powerful and can be configured to our needs. This includes adding triggers to send emails &/or sms to the host &/or the guest(s) when bookings are made, changed etc. When inviting specific people to a meeting, the booking form can be prefilled with their name and contact details by embedding the data in the url of the meeting link. There is flexibility to add branding and social media links to the booking page, and the wording of the booking page can be changed to meet our needs. It integrates easily with our Google calendars. For our use, we have a large number of occasional users. Features for an admin user to centrally manage all users, ensuring constant look & feel and reducing set-up time for each account, are currently limited but are improving. Workflow automation makes setting up meeting emails/notifications much easier. Notifications can be sent by email or SMS or others via integrations. Team feature which allows me to do booking for my clients with custom branding. A lot of integrations with Calendars, Zoom, Zapier and webhooks. CNAME, SMTP and Twilio are available on higher plans. Not yet a feature for weekly recurring ongoingly forever. Right now need to set an end date and it creates separate events for each week. I would love to see an ongoing option.
