What do you dislike about LeadMethod?

Nothing sticks out to me. We receive these from our manufacturers so we are not in it every day but 1-2 times per week depending on lead activity from our suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, clean and easy to use."

What do you like best about LeadMethod?

You have an excellent view of your leads and easy communication between those involved in the leads. We have a collected way to go back and follow up on cases making sure everyone reached their goal. And if they didn't we can look into why not. By far the best way to gather information and be efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadMethod?

This is a very simple layout, and at this point I am not missing any features. At least not for our use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeadMethod PRM are solving the problems we had with gathering information to use in feedback on a specific product, where we want to guide the possible end-user to the right part of the country and to the correct partner for a demonstration. We now have an option with LeadMethod, to make sure every one of our customers gets the correct information from us, and at the same time keep track of all the individual history we have with each and every possible end-user. "organizing leads made easy"

Effective, it's easy to accept the lead, enter changes/updates and set follow up reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadMethod?

It's a bit complicated, for example if it was labelled 1st, 2nd 3rd etc. it would easier to follow an order to accepting a lead and what to fill in next etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
