By re-creating our sales organization and distribution network in LeadMethod, we are able to route leads automatically from a variety of lead sources and hold recipients accountable for follow-up.

Every day I am at the dashboard watching the progress of our business engaging our customers. I can see quickly what needs attention.

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

There needs to be click through abilities. I can see states that are active on a map, but I cannot click through for details.  Same with sold business. I need totals and who all in one report.

See notes on what needs improved (reporting, click throughs)

**What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and visibility. Previously our leads were going into a black hole. We had no idea if the leads were contacted, who contacted them and if we ever gained a sale.

Their software has been a game changer. It has allowed us to keep track of our orders like never before. It has also helped keep improve engagement with our sales reps. Customer service and support provided by the lead method team is top notch.

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

It can sometimes be difficult to decipher the data, our team needs more experience and training to better utilize the system.

The lead method software has allowed us to manage our sales team and suppliers like never before. We've seen better communication across the board. The automated lead capture and distribution has given our team a competitive advantage by getting leads faster. The ability to assign a lead to a sales rep is an added bonus that our old software was not capable of doing.

LeadMethod's follow-up requests are the best. We all have busy lives and jobs, when you have a reminder to check in on a lead you feel more confident. Pairing your previous comments with a reminder email makes it easy to recall your connection as if you just spoke with this person hours ago, not days ago.

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

I do wish we could have them enter their date of birth, but that is because our company has an Outcomes system as well so I would log each interaction if I had that information.

**What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The people interested in our products are visually impaired so sometimes they don't know about us. This not only captures their interest in a particular product, but once we contact them we can help them so much more than they realized.

All the leads go the owner of the company instead of coming direct to me.

Nothing sticks out to me.  We receive these from our manufacturers so we are not in it every day but 1-2 times per week depending on lead activity from our suppliers.

No real problems solved but quick access to lead info and fast response back to manufacturer.  Simple communication with manufacturer

You have an excellent view of your leads and easy communication between those involved in the leads.
We have an collected way to go back and follow up on cases making sure everyone reached their goal. And if they didn't we can look into why not.
By far the best way to gather information and be effiecent.

This is a very simple layout, and at this point I am not missing any features. At least not for our use.

LeadMethod PRM are solving the problems we had with gathering information to use in feedback on a specific product, where we want to guide to possible end-user to the right part of the country and to the correct partner for a demonstration. We now have an option with LeadMethod, to make sure everyone of our customers get the correct information from us, and at the same time keep track of all the individual history we have with each and every possible end-user.

Upside of LM is reminders and organizing. Never lose customer data, like you might on a slip of paper.

Not too many downsides. Inability to remove duplicates as a user. Must have admin do so

Effective, it's easy to accept the lead, enter changes/updates and set follow up reminders.

It's a bit complicated, for example if it was labelled 1st, 2nd 3rd etc. it would easier to follow an order to accepting a lead and what to fill in next etc.

The problems of initially supporting a lead but not following up on it are solved.  We are a more professional organization for effectively following up on leads for both our mutual customers and suppliers.

Lead are accurate and include correct contact information. It keeps everyone on the same page and allows for accountability and tracking of follow up though the sale. This allow everyone to ensure the job is being done.

I have no dislikes. It works they way we would hope / expect.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadMethod:**

It is effective and provides its stated service. Not much more to say. We are sent leads by one of our principals and we are able to follow up on them immediately. We are able to get leads sent to us directly from the manufacturer and distribute them to specific salesmen in specific locations to follow up with the customer.

**What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office locations and principals are spread out. This is a good way for everyone to be on the same page and also allows for tracking and accountability. It allows everything to be tracked both internal to our sales company and have that same information transparent to the manufacturer to ensure that all leads are followed up in a timely manner. keep in mind that we are not the purchaser of this service. The manufacturer purchases the service and allows all sales leads to be given to us. It also allows them to ensure that follow up has occurred and allows them to plan for their sales / production pipeline.

One place to see all my leads. As a rep, we get leads by email but this gives me a central place to go back to make updates. I love the filtering and reporting. The way we score the lead and update the lead is easy to use.

I am not sure how it is set up but I would lime my inside sales people to start getting the leads here. I am sure this is possible.

No issues just more closed deals. One place to access my FTI leads. I wish all my principals used Lead Method.

The simplicity of the interface. LeadMethod is really straight forward in it's design and overall layout. It's easy to navigate and has clear prompts to help when inputting data.

I am unable to delete duplicate leads. I have to contact the 'manufacturers representative'.

It allows me to keep a clear, concise log of my customers, lead generation and status in one place. I am able to set reminders to follow up existing leads and I am also able to filter through my leads using various filter labels.

**What do you like best about LeadMethod?**

The system is robust in features yet simplifies the lead management process for our sales team. A couple of clicks and the lead is being worked by our channel. Not only is the system robust but the support aspects of LeadMethod are what sets it apart from other tools. When we reach out to our support contact the item is updated within that day, often times within 30 minutes. This is absolutely priceless when other related items needed from our internal Salesforce admins can take weeks, if not months to complete. LeadMethod keeps us running and the leads flowing without worry!

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

LeadMethod could look to improve the system by allowing users to customize views individually or setup different features that can be permissioned by defined roles. (Honestly this is very picky as I had a hard time coming up with a dislike. LeadMethod is always working on enhancements within their road map and list to us when we have suggestions to improve. They're dedicated to making lead routing as robust as possible.)

**Recommendations to others considering LeadMethod:**

LeadMethod is an outstanding solution for demand generation and lead routing. The biggest hurdle is how you establish your process and setting up your automation rules/sales org structure. Once those are defined LeadMethod does the rest. 

**What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadMethod significantly helped us increase lead engagement with our sales team. The fact that a lead can be opened and actioned while at a gas pump makes the difference for our sales team who's constantly on the go.

Great tool to answer immediately your customers, to know exactly what they want or need.  You received exact contact and request. You know exactly where you are position in the process of sale or support with your customer. Perfect and easy to use for new customers. 

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

French version maybe.  Specially for Est Canada customers and end users. Version for iPhone or mobile not as good as iPad or laptops version. Can’t create and attach follow up date into our calendar. Lead methods could also send reminders when it is not seen by user and maybe send memo to alternative personal

The most helpful thing for us is that we are able to visually see what are agents are doing with the Leads that we assign to them. It helps us hold them accountable.

The downside that we face is just getting all parties on board with using the platform and using it to the fullest.

Ask questions pertinent to your business. We have learned that certain features can be customized.

We weren't getting many responses from our agents on leads we gave to them via email. Now we are able to see who is taking an active role in following up on leads and really trying to turn that lead into a sale.

**What do you like best about LeadMethod?**

LeadMethod has been one of the best investments our marketing department has made. Before we were using LeadMethod, our lead entry and follow up process was close to non-existent. We were never able to get a good idea of what our ROI was for our marketing expenditures. Now it is so easy and requires a whole lot less effort on our end. I love that the leads are automatically assigned to our representatives and it takes away a whole step of going through someone else to send them out. 

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

There is nothing I have found so far that I dislike about LeadMethod. If something is not working for us or we have any problems, the customer support team is always on top of it and very helpful. Shannon is wonderful!

Invest in LeadMethod! You won't regret it!

LeadMethod allows us to track whether or not our marketing expenditures are bringing in new customers, and what value we are getting from them, so that we know where and where not to put our money.  It saves a huge amount of time and effort.

Having to remember to hit the Save button every time.  Sometimes I forget to hit save and I lose the notes I wrote.

**What do you like best about LeadMethod?**

I like that I can thoroughly categorize all my leads and write notes, which can be viewed by my colleagues once I assign the lead. It is also very user friendly as a program and easy to use even to non-native English speakers with no great knowledge of IT.

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

I would like to have some individual options, like being able to type in an individual no-opp reason. Some no-opp reasons are ot given by the program, especially those specific to a certain field of expertise, such as technical or medical companies.

**What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LM to follow up on my leads and keep an eye on them after assigning them to a business partner. i also use it to keep in touch with business partners and be on top of any relevant updates for all of my leads.

**What do you like best about LeadMethod?**

It's a great middle ware  lead distribution and followup tool for manufacturers dealing with independent sales channels. No extra software needed and reps can provide feedback on any platform.

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

It's not a mandated need, but we haven't figured out a way to leverage the lead information into our own CRM system. This is mostly based on the complexity of our system and administration locks.

**What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were distributing leads by email and getting no sense of the activity our independent agents were doing. Leadmethod allows to get a sense of the effectiveness and the value of our marketing sources too.

**What do you like best about LeadMethod?**

LeadMethod is very user friendly. The interface is clean, concise, and intuitive. Simpler is better in my book and I can quickly navigate through the lead fields, access drop downs, and attach pertinent files and documents without trying to outguess or outsmart the designer of the program. Well done.

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

Really, I have no complaints. The interface is exactly what I would expect and prefer. Not too basic, not too bloated with features that have no bearing on my daily interactions.

**What problems is LeadMethod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A concise tracking of new opportunity leads and contacts. The time spent in LeadMethod is useful, efficient, and uncomplicated. Time is the only variable that I can manage daily and this program helps achieve that management goal while staying relevant and informed.

**What do you like best about LeadMethod?**

Omron uses this application for sending leads to distributors. I have used some that are similar applications for other suppliers that are very difficult and hard to manage. LeadMethod is very easy to use and allows me to track leads and follow up on the leads. 

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

I have not had any issues with this application so I cannot say there is anything that I dislike

Definitely a great product to use.

I am able to keep track of leads with this and more importantly I am able to see how many of the turn into sales and how many don't.

It is a very complete sales lead program. I can customize it in many different ways for what type of lead it is. Very easy to mark and rank the type of lead and the potential sales amount.

After using this for around one year and I still have not found anything I dislike.

This is a very through program and it definitively will improve your sales and tracking of potential sales.

It enables us to properly track our leads using the program. We have closed more leads due to the reminders and varies ways to identify the value and time frame for the leads.

Lead tracking and follow-through are two problems that have been solved. The system has also identified areas where our human interaction with the leads is soft and/or needs improvement.

**What do you like best about LeadMethod?**

Since we started using LeadMethod, it has simplified managing leads from our top vendor.  I especially like the fact you only have to login once and any return to the site is a single click.  This also makes it easier on our salesmen when managing the lead and tracking it through the sales process.  As Sales Manager, it also provides me with an easy interface to check the status of all of our leads.

**What do you dislike about LeadMethod?**

So far, our experience with LeadMethod has been great.  Right now, I have not seen any issues.

We have been able to reduce the amount of time spent filling in the lead status throughout the sales process.  It has also reduced the amount of time spent following up with our vendor.

The different components for a software to work properly with high quality business vision is to maintain a management tool in line with the potential customers; These who gave us the ability to learn how they want us to work and manage with them according to their needs, with the possible methods of adding the integration of tools in our current process, helped an immediate and effective understanding in sales control.

Maybe the reports are not like the ones I'm used to, I suggest that through a parameterization method it could help to have reports with more adequate results to the accustomed ones.

My recommendation is that you should determine the needs of the tool and investigate in depth the different uses and solutions that I really offer my expectation was to use something that will help me with sales control and with this I have achieved.

the results have been optimal and according to the needs; It can always be improved and the company has reached order and levels of control with this tool that had not yet been able to balance.

Some customers use LeadMethod but then call us as well which results in some confusion. Not necessarily an issue with lead method though.

The platform is easy to use; simply bookmarking your home page saves the need to sign in. Leads are laid out in a manner which maximizes visibility of key information.

Initial configuration of what fields you want to view was slightly complicated. Once resolved the platform was setup for maximum usefulness.

I enjoy most the layout of the program. All pertinent information is easy to access within the lead including customer info, progress/activity for the lead as well as a note section available to all parties with access to the lead.

There can be some confusion from time to time when entering notes on the lead where it can be easy to access attachments prior to saving notes.

Great tool for tracking and categorization of leads. Helps to keep all parties involved in the leads accountable so that communication/progress can be performed efficiently.

I really like the immediate notification of sales leads from our partner product manufacturers.  Allows us to assign leads to our sales associates and respond immediately to capitalize on opportunities.

There is not much to dislike about Lead Method.  It is very user-friendly and easy to use.  Very easy way of communicating quote request information and customer contact information to the support resources that need to be involved to take care of the customer.

I use LeadMethod for two different business partnerships so I can see that it is customizable by user.  It can be boiled down to being very simple or it can have more detailed information.  As an end-user, I really like all the available filters.
