Leadgenerator.io provides this wonderful features such as CRM, sales cadences, target list building & project management helped the company which I worked in the past.

they could hurt the business if used improperly, and to solve this please provide demos/tutorials  on youtube or on your web in depth include a real example of something and it will not damage the business.

if you are an expert in understanding leads and deals and project management then used only, if you are fresher than understand it first then use.
