**What do you like best about LeadGen CRM?**

The marketing automation features offered and the setup requires very minimal effort.

**What do you dislike about LeadGen CRM?**

The number of integration options offered is not great. The critical ones are mostly present but there is scope to add a lot more.

**What problems is LeadGen CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadGen CRM has helped a lot in reducing the time and effort and automating a lot of the functions in the lead lifecycle. It has reduced manual efforts considerably from our lead generation space, freeing them up for more creative work.
