## LeadCRM Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful Platform for Managing LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Tracking Efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pallavi P. | Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

LeadCRM makes it much easier to manage our LinkedIn outreach pipeline without relying too much on spreadsheets or manual tracking. The CRM sync is one of the biggest advantages because every lead and conversation stays updated automtically. We also like how prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline management all stay connected in one workflow, which saves a lot of time for our team.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The platform has a lot of features so it can feel like a huge learning curve for first-time users. It takes a little extra time to understand the workflow setup and automation options, but once the configuration is done properly it becomes very efficient.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using LeadCRM, some leads would get missed or follow-ups would become inconsistent because everything was being managed manually. They helped us centarlize outreach tracking and automate parts of the workflow, which improved response consistency and made our sales process feel much more organized and reliable.

  ### 2. LeadCRM Centralizes LinkedIn Outreach with Clear Pipeline Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pallav A. | SEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

Before using LeadCRM, managing LinkedIn conversations and follow-ups across multiple prospects was becoming messy very quickly. Important replies were easy to miss, and tracking outreach progress manually took a lot of time.
What impressed us most after moving to LeadCRM was how naturally everything became centralized inside one workflow. The Chrome extension, pipeline tracking, reminders, and LinkedIn integration work together smoothly, so our team spends less time managing outreach and more time actually building conversations with prospects.
The biggest advantage honestly is visibility. Everyone on the team can clearly see where leads are in the pipeline without constantly switching between spreadsheets, LinkedIn tabs, and notes.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

At first, it took a little time to adjust our old workflow because we were used to handling LinkedIn outreach manually. Once the team adapted to the system and automation features, though, daily lead management became significantly easier and more structured.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem earlier was not generating leads it was keeping outreach organized consistently as conversations scaled.
LeadCRM solved that by centralizing LinkedIn lead tracking, follow-ups, notes, and pipeline management in one place. That reduced manual work for the team and improved follow-up consistency across campaigns.
As a result, our outreach process now feels much more streamlined, response handling is faster, and the team spends less time on operational tasks while focusing more on closing opportunities

  ### 3. Solid LinkedIn to Pipedrive Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naren S. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

I use LeadCRM to capture and enrich leads, and the enrichment is accurate, ensuring every lead has complete and reliable contact details. This improves our targeting and follow-ups. The sync with Pipedrive is seamless and reliable, keeping our pipeline automatically updated in real-time and saving us time by reducing manual effort and errors. I like that it eliminates manual data entry, improves contact quality in our pipeline, and the founder actually listens to suggestions and is always happy to help, which enhances the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The initial setup could be smoother, especially around mapping fields between data and Pipedrive. It required some manual effort to align data correctly. This could be improved with guided onboarding, default mapping templates, and clearer in-app instructions to make the setup faster and more intuitive for new users. Reducing the number of manual steps in setting up sync rules would also improve the overall experience.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LeadCRM to capture and enrich leads, automatically sync data with Pipedrive, eliminating manual entry, ensuring accurate contacts, and saving time, which keeps our pipeline updated and organized.

  ### 4. The fastest way we've found to move LinkedIn leads into our CRM cleanly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul D. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

As the CEO of NinjaCat, I'm always trying to reduce the amount of time our team spends on manual work especially the kind that slows down outreach and creates messy CRM data.

LeadCRM has been a surprisingly strong tool for us because it makes LinkedIn prospecting feel frictionless. The chrome extension workflow is simple, and the biggest value is that we can capture LinkedIn leads and push them into our CRM without the usual copy/paste and field cleanup.

We work with agencies, media companies, and brands, so we're constantly connecting with new stakeholders. Having LeadCRM automatically pull in the right details (job tittle, company, profile info, etc) has helped us keep our pipeline organized and consistent. its one of those tools that doesn't try to do too much it just does a core workflow extremely well.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The setup is straightforward, but the initial field mapping can take a little time depending on how your CRM is structured. Once its configured, it runs smoothly but the first 30-60 minutes is where you want to be a bit careful so the data lands exactly where you want it.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadCRM solves a problem that almost every sales or growth team runs into: LinkedIn is where a lot of the best lead live, but getting the data into a CRM cleanly is usually panful and time consuming.

For us, the biggest benefit has been time savings and better CRM hygiene. We've reduced the manual admin work involved in prospecting , and we've improved consistency in our records which matters a lot when you're tracking relationship across multiple accounts and teams.

Overall, it helped us move faster, stay organized, and spend more time on real conversations instead of data entry.

  ### 5. The cleanest LinkedIn to CRM workflow we've found huge boost for outbound

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan O. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

LeadCRM is one of those tools that feels small until you realize how much time it saves across the entire sales workflow.

At Oneleet, we se security and compliance software (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.) into fast growing companies, and LinkedIn is one of our most important channels for identifying decision makers. LeadCRM makes it incredibly easy to capture leads directly from LinkedIn and sync them into CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho without manual work.

What impressed me most is how clean the data stays. The enrichment quality is consistently strong, especially for job tittles, company details, and filling missing information. That directly improves outreach quality and reduces the amount of time our team spends cleaning CRM records.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The only minor downside is that you'll want to spend a bit of time upfront getting field mapping and workflows set correctly if you are about very structured CRM. once that's done, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadCRM solves a few major issues for us:

> Eliminates manual LinkedIn lead entry.
> Improves CRM hygiene and reduces duplicates.
> Helps our outbound team move faster without sacrificing data quality.

The net impact is faster prospecting, better follow up, and a cleaner CRM which is a real advantage when you're scaling outbound.

  ### 6. Effortless LinkedIn Integration for CRM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas R. | Sales Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

I like that I can use LeadCRM directly within LinkedIn without the need to open another page to work from. This integration is valuable to me because when I'm working within my CRM program, I can get updates on contacts and all the necessary information is readily available. I also appreciate that it synchronizes messages from LinkedIn into my CRM, so I can see all my communications, including LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails, in one place. Additionally, the initial setup of LeadCRM was very easy for me; within a minute or two, I was up and running.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

I think it's splayed within LinkedIn. And also writing messages when I'm writing having a template to work with. It doesn't work as well as it does with Sophie, for example. But it still is something that is available, and I would use it if it was the only program I had, I would definitely use it.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadCRM simplifies entering information from LinkedIn into my CRM and synchronizes messages, so I see all communication in one place. I can work within LinkedIn without opening another page.

  ### 7. A simple but powerful tool that keeps our LinkedIn lead organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

what i appreciate most is how seamless it feels inside LinkedIn. the chrome extension makes it incredibly easy to save contacts while browsing profile. the CRM sync (with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, zoho, etc ) works smoothly, and the enrichment improves the overall data quality. it saves our team real time every week.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

there's a small learning curve when you first explore the advanced features , but once you get used to the workflow, it becomes very intuitive . more tutorials content inside the products would make onboarding even faster .

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before LeadCRM, valuable LinkedIn leads were getting lost in messages or spreadsheets. now everything is captured automatically, properly formatted, and easy to track. its helped improved follow-up consistency and visibility across the team.

  ### 8. Great tool for syncing LinkedIn leads directly to GoHighLevel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jahid H. | SEO Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

The GoHighLevel integration is really helpful for our agency work. We can now sync LinkedIn profiles straight into GHL with just one click, which saves a lot of time compared to manual data entry. The contact information gets enriched automatically with emails and phone numbers, so our pipeline stays updated with quality leads. It's very convenient for managing multiple clients since we use GoHighLevel for everything. The Chrome extension works smoothly on LinkedIn and the setup was quite straightforward.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The good thing is LeadCRM lets you buy additional enrichment credits separately without needing to upgrade your main plan, which makes it flexible for growing campaign needs. The interface could be a bit more modern looking, but functionality-wise it does the job well. Overall, there isn't much to complain about.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using LeadCRM, our team was manually copying LinkedIn profile data into GoHighLevel, which was very time-consuming and prone to errors. Now we can build our prospect lists on LinkedIn and sync them directly to GHL with enriched contact details. This has improved our outreach workflow significantly. We're able to get campaigns running faster and the data quality is much better. For an SEO agency doing client outreach, this integration has made prospecting much more efficient. The time saved allows us to focus more on actual engagement rather than data entry work.

  ### 9. A practical tool for turning LinkedIn conversations into real pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | Staff Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

The simplicity is the biggest strength. The chrome extension feels lightweight but genuinely useful. Being able to capture lead details directly from LinkedIn profiles with minimal effort saves time and keeps our data much more accurate. The integration with our CRM also works smoothly.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Some of the more advanced workflows take a bit of experimentation to fully optimize. More in products tips or onboarding guidance for power features would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we start using LeadCRM, a lot of LinkedIn activity lived only inside individual inboxes. That made tracking opportunities and collaboration harder than it should be. LeadCRM help turn LinkedIn engagement into structured data our team can actually use, which improves visibility and follow up.

  ### 10. Solid LinkedIn-to-Pipedrive sync tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominik S. | Contracted Consultant, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

The LinkedIn to Pipedrive sync works way better than I expected. Before this, we were stuck doing manual CSV exports and updating records one by one, which honestly felt endless. LeadCRM now pulls everything in automatically and the waterfall enrichment fills in the contact details we normally couldn’t get. The Chrome extension is super convenient too — just click on a LinkedIn profile and it drops straight into Pipedrive fully enriched. Easily saves our team 6–8 hours every week.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The field mapping during setup was a bit confusing at first. The UI is functional, but could definitely look more modern.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a clean way to move LinkedIn contacts into Pipedrive without manually exporting spreadsheets or copy-pasting details. LeadCRM completely eliminates that workload. The bi-directional sync keeps Pipedrive updated automatically and the waterfall enrichment fills the missing emails and phone numbers. The LinkedIn message syncing is also useful because the team can see the conversation history before following up. Overall it saves a lot of administrative time and keeps our pipeline more accurate.

  ### 11. Makes Pipedrive LinkedIn workflow actually smooth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arina K. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

We use Pipedrive and previously we had to copy LinkedIn profiles manually which sucked. LeadCRM syncs everything automatically now. The best part is the message templates - we can respond to LinkedIn DMs using saved templates which is way faster. The shortcuts for adding contacts are super handy too, just click and it's in our pipeline. Saves us a lot of time every day

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Setup took a bit to figure out. UI is confusing sometimes.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this we were switching between LinkedIn and Pipedrive constantly doing manual updates. Now everything syncs automatically and we can use templates to reply to LinkedIn messages without leaving LinkedIn and copy pasting from my google doc. The shortcuts for adding prospects are clutch - just one click and they're in the pipeline with all their info. Our daily activity numbers went up like 40% just from not wasting time on data entry.

  ### 12. Extremely Powerful, Intuitive CRM Sync from LinkedIn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

Extremely powerful. I can see what's going into my CRM from the LinkedIn profile page. It gets everything on the profile page, including the contact degree which is important for me. It is extremely easy and intuitive to use. It was a simple one click operation to connect to my CRM. It works with my CRM's free plan.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

It's a bit pricey for someone with a small budget but for me it's worth it.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without LeadCRM I was having to use a 3rd party tool for lead searching. Some LInkedIn profile data could be extracted to the 3rd party tool, then I had to export a csv file from that tool and import into my CRM. Besides the messy working with csv files, there was no easy way to prevent duplicate records in the CRM. LeadCRM prevents that by either updating an existing record or creating a new one if it doesn't exist.

  ### 13. HR Tech Founder secret weapon for 4x Deo bookings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukul J. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

The founder friendly Chrome extension and HubSpot native sync, As CEO wearing every hat, i personally CHROs on LinkedIn while sipping coffee one click enriches C level contacts with direct emails, company headcount, and tech stack, then auto creates HubSpot deals. Closed our biggest enterprises HR client ($250k ARR) from sale new conversation last Tuesday. Zero friction, pure leverage.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Sync history filtering could include last contacted sorting. Enterprise API limits kick in during funding roadshows (manageable with staging), otherwise flowless for founder scale.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CEO bottlenext on prospecting: id delegate LinkedIn research but lose personal touch. LeadCRM lets me do 5x volume authentically.

  ### 14. Effortless Lead Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim C. | Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

I really like how easy LeadCRM is to integrate and use without adding extra complexity to my workflow. Once it was set up, it worked quietly in the background and immediately improved the quality of the leads coming into our CRM. I appreciate the customer support as well; whenever I had questions or needed clarification, the team was responsive and straightforward, making the overall experience much smoother. The initial setup was very easy, as it didn't take long to get everything connected, and I could start using it almost immediately without needing much support.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Honestly, there hasn't been anything major that didn't work for us. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be having a bit more in-app guidance for advanced features, but overall it's been a solid and reliable experience.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LeadCRM to ensure lead records are complete and free from duplicates, reducing time spent on data cleanup. It provides cleaner data, improves reporting accuracy, and helps my team focus more on client delivery rather than manual data tasks.

  ### 15. Saves hours every week with LinkedIn–Pipedrive sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yulija K. | SaaS Product Growth Marketer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

I use Pipedrive every day and used to copy LinkedIn profiles manually which took forever. LeadCRM now does it automatically and keeps everything in sync. The enrichment feature is amazing — it finds emails and phone numbers I couldn’t before. The Chrome extension works well, even with Sales Navigator. I can add leads straight from LinkedIn and they appear in Pipedrive instantly. Easily saves me hours each week.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

I wish I can get more credits in each plan.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LeadCRM, I was manually copying LinkedIn contacts into Pipedrive and updating everything by hand. Now it all syncs automatically and enriches my data so I don’t have to search for missing info. Messages from LinkedIn also sync into Pipedrive which helps me keep full context before follow-ups. My data is more accurate and my workflow is much faster.

  ### 16. Improved lead quality and smoother workflow for out team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

I like how straightforward the platform is to use while still offering powerful features. The validation and enrichment happen in the background but make a noticeable difference. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've had questions.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Some of the more advanced setup options could be better explained in the documentation, but once configured, the system runs with very little ongoing effort.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LeadCRM, we spent too much time correcting incomplete or inconsistent lead data. LeadCRM now flitters and structures lead upfront, which has helped us improve data quality and focus more on meaningful conversation rather than fixing records.

  ### 17. Good Pipedrive LinkedIn sync tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas M. | Project Manager and Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

The Pipedrive integration works really well. We were doing manual CSV exports from LinkedIn before which was tedious. Now contacts sync automatically with the waterfall enrichment finding emails and phone numbers we didn't have. The Chrome extension makes it easy to add prospects directly from LinkedIn into our pipeline. Saves probably 6-8 hours a week on data entry.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Initial field mapping setup was confusing. Interface could be more polished.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to get LinkedIn contacts into Pipedrive without manual work. The bi-directional sync keeps everything updated and the waterfall enrichment adds contact info automatically. LinkedIn messages also sync to Pipedrive which helps with context when following up. Main productivity gain is our team doesn't waste time copying data between platforms anymore.

  ### 18. Streamlined Lead Management and improved CRM alignment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessio A. | CEO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

I appreciate how easy it is to use while still being powerful. The validation and enrichment features work quietly in the background, but they make a noticeable difference in the quality of our leads. Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

There's a small learning curve when setting up more advanced rules, and additional in app guidance would make it faster to configure. That said, its a minor issue compared to the benefits we've gained.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LeadCRM, we spent a lot of time cleaning up messy lead data and manually organizing leads. LeadCRM has significantly reduced those inefficiencies by validating leads upfront and keeping our CRM data organized. it ensures that our sales and marketing teams focus on qualified leads rather than correcting errors.

  ### 19. Efficient Lead Management, but Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

I like how LeadCRM links to our CRM and reduces manual entry work and errors. I find it useful that the linking takes place directly in LinkedIn while I am working and hunting on that platform. The syncing with LinkedIn and Pipedrive makes it easier to find relevant leads, enrich data with useful contact information, and consolidate all communication in one place. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The interface is a little clunky. Sometimes it stalls and occasionally it doesn't bring over all of the LinkedIn and Sales Navigator conversations.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadCRM finds relevant leads, enriches data, and consolidates communication. It links to our CRM, reducing manual entry work and errors.

  ### 20. A very powerful tool. Save a lot of hussle.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan R. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

LeadCRM impresses me above all with its extensive functionality and intuitive user experience. I especially appreciate the wide range of integration options thanks to the many available APIs. LeadCRM saves me a huge amount of time in my daily lead research and makes many processes much more efficient. The interface is clear, and even beginners can get started quickly. The support is top!

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

One minor drawback is that LeadCRM is still relatively new on the market. You can notice this because the UI/UX still has some room for improvement. Nevertheless, the value it already provides for my sales routine is remarkable, and I’m looking forward to future developments.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Small companies do not have the possibility of a direct connection to Hubspot with Sales Navigator Core. The advanced plan is required. Leadcrm fixes exactly the problem. There is even the possibility to import entire messages into Hubspot.

  ### 21. HubSpot data consistency improved with team field mapping

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subhash M. | Workforce intelligence consultant, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

The team functionality ensures everyone follows strict field mapping when syncing LinkedIn contacts to HubSpot. Our CRM hygiene has improved drastically, and workflows don't break anymore. The enrichment is accurate, and support is responsive.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

I would love it if they can include all enrichment vendors under some 4th plan.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inconsistent data entry across our team was causing HubSpot workflow failures. Now everyone syncs data the same way, and our automation runs smoothly.

  ### 22. Finally, Zoho and LinkedIn actually sync!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamal V. | Community Manager, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

LeadCRM makes it super easy to get LinkedIn contacts right into Zoho without any manual work. The sync goes both ways, so everything stays up to date. Plus, the enrichment pulls emails and phone numbers I didn’t have before, which really helps. The Chrome extension saves me so much time when I’m prospecting.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

I wish it had integrations with email outreach tools like Instantly or Lemlist so I could automate follow-ups better.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LeadCRM, moving data between LinkedIn and Zoho was a chore and full of errors. Now it’s automatic and smooth, so my sales and marketing teams are way more productive.

  ### 23. Much better Zoho LinkedIn integration than Linkmatch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj S. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

LeadCRM makes syncing LinkedIn contacts with Zoho CRM seamless and hassle-free. Unlike Linkmatch, which had a clunky interface and syncing glitches for us, LeadCRM's modern UI is super intuitive. The one-click save-to-Zoho directly from LinkedIn is a huge time-saver, and the bi-directional sync keeps everything updated in real time. Their contact enrichment finds emails and phones we never got with Linkmatch. Strong Founder driven product, love it.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Wish they would add integrations with outreach tools like Instantly or Lemlist to help automate follow-ups.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before LeadCRM, syncing LinkedIn leads with Zoho was a manual pain and Linkmatch wasn't stable enough for smooth workflows. Now it's automated and reliable, saving us 5-6 hours a week on data entry and keeping our teams aligned. It's helped improve our lead quality and overall productivity massively.

  ### 24. LeadCRM: Seamless LinkedIn Integration and One Pane of Glass for Opportunities

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

LeadCRM is fully integrated with both LinkedIn and my other CRM tools, which makes it a single pane of glass for managing information and opportunities in one place.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

The only things holding me back right now are professional limitations on my end, but once I overcome these, I’ll be able to leverage the tool’s full scope.

  ### 25. LeadCRM + Waterfall Enrichment = Huge Time Saver for LinkedIn Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyush P. | Sales Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

LeadCRM has seriously simplified how I collect and manage leads from LinkedIn. What makes it even better is the built-in waterfall enrichment—it pulls in missing details like email, company info, or phone numbers automatically. So even if the LinkedIn profile has limited info, LeadCRM fills in the gaps using multiple data sources. That’s a game changer.

The tool connects smoothly with our CRM, and I can map the fields the way I want. I used to rely on Google Sheets to collect and clean up lead data—now all that manual work is gone.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Not much to complain about. It works well.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, I was doing a lot of copy-pasting from LinkedIn and dealing with spreadsheets. Now, I just find the right person and let LeadCRM handle the rest—including enriching the lead with verified contact info using their waterfall method. It saves me hours every week and helps me avoid errors or incomplete records.

Before LeadCRM, our team spent too much time correcting messy data and manually sorting leads. LeadCRM automatically validates and enriches lead data, helping us focus on actual prospects instead of administrative cleanup.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet B. | Marketing Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about LeadCRM?**

We were wasting our precious time everyday making sure our LinkedIn data is updated to our CRM everyday. It took me personally 1-2 hours daily. Tracking deals and trying to prevent overstepping on each other's prospect was tricky. LeadCRM solved that within seconds with one click setup and now we use it daily.
We used their Waterfall enrichment and added Apollo into it. 90% of the time LeadCRM got perfect data from their own Data and other cases Apollo took care of it.
They are relatively new product but price and support both are better than Surfe.

One click HubSpot Integration is ensures we don't waste time finding API Keys or any other complex setup. Even for such easy tool support is always ready to jump on a zoom call. For 29$ tool Instant Zoom support is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about LeadCRM?**

Its new tool so they are adding new things every week. Some of our team members need to reach out to support asking what does this new feature do. they have have great support team but knowledge base is not that great, hope they add more articles in their knowledge base so we can move at our own pace.

**What problems is LeadCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**
