I have done 50 messages, and have received 95% delivery rate and some responses. So far so good. They are also super willing to make sure pricing and startup is easier for newer users. The AI offers some created templates that help you add your own creativity to it. **What do you dislike about Launch Control?** So far, I have not dealt with any issues as it is still early to tell. It’s super safe and I don't have to worry about compliance, plus they recently eased template requirements making it easier to get in touch. I love that it's super easy to just communicate with a human for support, with no robot interaction. The initial setup was very easy, it only took minutes to submit my 10dlc information, followed by a one-on-one onboarding call that was very informative. **What do you dislike about Launch Control?** I wish there was an auto-tagging system for certain words that would help me a ton.
