**What do you like best about Laudable?**

What makes Laudable stand out is definitely its ease of use and the quality it provides without breaking the bank. Despite working with a non-profit budget, we've been able to share our messages effectively and professionally. Specifically, I appreciate that Laudable's platform is user-friendly enough to let us provide input in the editing process and grab any specific parts of an interview that we want to emphasize. Furthermore, the exceptional customer experience and the tailored approach that Laudable gives to understand our needs were also very impressive.

N/A! Everything about the platform was great

**What problems is Laudable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main challenge was gathering and sharing stories in video format from workers twhowent through training programs. With Laudable, we were able to solve this problem and started identifying the most impactful stories. Laudable empowers people to film their success story, through the support of the production team, making it seamless to capture audience testimonials without having to pay for a film and production crew.The resulting video content has now become an important part of our daily engagements, especially since we learned just how much our audience loves it. One unexpected benefit has been how closely we can now connect with our audience. By talking to the workers and hearing their stories, we've gained invaluable insights into their needs and seen firsthand the impact of our work, thanks to Laudable.

**What do you like best about Laudable?**

Laudable helps surfacing great customer quotes easier, which means less work for me when creating social proof content for our social and communications initiatives.

I also like how simple it is to can find ideas and quotes from customers, plus common pain points that we might be missing. It's super helpful to have all this information upfront without having to dig.

**What do you dislike about Laudable?**

I don't have any big concerns about Laudable. While it is a newer product, they have a fast-moving product team, and can implement new ideas and recommendations quickly. I believe the product will only improve.

**What problems is Laudable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laudable has been an awesome resource for competitive research and understanding pain points better. It gives me quick insights and helps me figure out which calls to listen to for research. Right now, we're looking into incorporating Laudable into our case study creation process -- it'll be a big time saver.

**What do you like best about Laudable?**

The best part about Laudable is by far the team I worked with throughout the process! Angela and Ryan were phenomenal at coming up with a plan based on my company's strategy, and Julie was fantastic at getting the perfect soundclips during the interview and making sure the interviewee was comfortable. I felt like the Laudable team really cared about me as a person, as well as my company's partnership. They responded quickly to any questions/concerns my team had throughout the interview and video development process. They even helped us out on a last minute project with a quick turnaround. The platform offers some great benefits, such as the ability to pull micro-case studies out of completed videos, and housed all of our raw interview content. It is a great cost-effective alternative to a PDF case study, particularly for social sharing.

**What do you dislike about Laudable?**

The only minor downside to Laudable that I've seen is that the video feedback from my team was sometimes the same, which could be frustrating at times. I suggest that Laudable keep track of the video feedback they've gotten from a partner, so that the videos' general branding/font/style could remain consistent without needing that additional feedback.

**What problems is Laudable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a cost-effective solution for customer videos. Our content team didn't have the bandwidth to create them; if they did, it took a long time to create a video and used a lot of budget. Laudable not only has masterful interviewers who can get to the purpose of the video, but they can produce a finished video in a much shorter timeframe than we could; with Laudable, we were able to complete around 8 videos in 6 months!

**What do you like best about Laudable?**

Laudable has a start-to-finish process for creating video customer stories. Because the product (and people that execute with it) leaves no gaps in the project flow, I can publish more, better content than I could previously with less time/effort on my end.

**What do you dislike about Laudable?**

I have not encountered any issues or downsides to using Laudable.

We have a diverse customer base using our product for many essential functions. That adds a layer of complexity to crafting customer stories. Laudable makes telling those stories a lot easier in general -- and we get high-quality videos that we can use to improve our case studies, connect with our audience on social, and highlight some of the great people we work with.

**What do you like best about Laudable?**

Laudable has customer storytelling down to a fine art. Their platform and team have made it incredibly easy to create case study videos, snippets, short vids for social and generate customer content we can embed into all of our materials when we go to market. 

The platform —still in its early stages— is already a powerful and useful tool, but for me it's the Laudable team that makes the difference. Their guidance, engagement, support, and humour has made working with Laudable a tremendous experience. I treat them as internal colleagues and always trust them, even with our top customers. Working with such a wonderful and helpful team is rare, especially in B2B SaaS.

Simply put, Laudable has been a game-changer. It makes my life as a Content Marketer remarkably easy, continues to deliver huge value for us, and keeps our customers happy throughout the case study process. I love it!

**What do you dislike about Laudable?**

While the platform is still going through teething issues, there are a few glitches and bugs to iron out—though nothing major at this stage. As the team continues to build on their software, I'm confident these issues will be resolved and awesome new features will be added which to make Laudable even better.

**What problems is Laudable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laudable has solved the major obstacles involved in creating case studies and customer content in a remote environment. As a fully distributed company, we needed to find a way to facilitate remote interviews in a way that would make sense for our customers and be an enjoyable experience. Laudable not only makes this possible, they're also highly effective at creating engaging, impactful video content that we can use across the business.

**What do you like best about Laudable?**

For marketing teams with a lot to do, but not a lot of people to do it, Laudable is a great service for quickly creating powerful customer testimonial videos. Laudable manages every step of the video creation process for us. We just tell them who we want to be interviewed and the basic messages we want to express and they handle the rest. It's a great way to get a lot video content out there quickly, and at a reasonable price.

No complaints, or even constructive criticism so far!

**What problems is Laudable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of great customer success stories to tell, but no in-house talent that can create professional quality videos. Laudable allows us to tell our customers' stories in short engaging videos that are easy to share, and they manage the whole process for us from start to finish.

Laudable makes it really easy for us to scale our customer-focused marketing and, importantly, they make it easy on our customers, too.

They could streamline some of their web app so resources are all in one spot, instead of in multiple places, which I tend to forget how to access.

It truly enriches video testimonials for the prospective client viewing, but for the interviewee(s) and the interview company/product/service asking for the interview.

It's a bit of a learning curve in the sense that there is SO much you can do with the platform - you need to ensure that your internal team is aligned with the objectives and outcomes of its use.

It's making bite-sized content, saving up all those tasty bits to repurpose into future content and it's also creating interaction and community elements with your customer base.

We've been doing customer interview videos with Laudable, and working with their team has been a smooth process. They understand our market's pain points, conduct interviews with insightful questions, and produce professional videos quickly that our marketing team can use immediately.

**What do you dislike about Laudable?**

As a young company, I think some processes are still being ironed out. I've had some minor issues with their portal, but they have fast support and solve my issues every time.

**What problems is Laudable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Laudable has taken the hassle out of creating customer videos for marketing. I don't have to use my internal video and design resources or handle the logistics of coordinating with speakers. Additionally, the interview kit they provide to our speakers ensures quality video and audio.

Laudable is amazing. It allowed us to create case studies without hiring an entire video team. The quality of the videos are incredible as well! They were extremely attentive to detail and addressed all of our concerns!
