Have passwords all over the place? Have passwords on an unsecure spread sheet? Look no further. The nice part about Last Pass is it keeps track and updates the passwords as you go. I could not do my job without it. We also use secure notes and credit card storage for our corperate credit cards. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** There really no obvious downside to using Last Pass. I will say sometimes editing a secure note or a passwrd can be tricky especially if its shared by another person, which then forces your to recreate the entry so that you can edit it on your own. **What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Last Pass solves many problems, especially if someone leaves the company, we can recover password vaults easily and reassign them to another person covering that role. ### 7. I like the clean and simple design. I used another password manager app one time in the past and I was very annoyed with its clunky design and interface. I have used LastPass for several years now and I'm pretty happy with it. It makes my life easier (no more writing down passwords or coming up with one!) and I feel a lot more secure being online. I use it every day and I can't imagine not having LastPass. It's very helpful that I can enter passwords easily on Chrome without opening up the vault and that it gives me a popup to save the new logins for new sites. It's pretty seamless to use on my laptop. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** I wished it worked app to app on mobile. It is a little cumbersome to have to open up the LastPass app each time I need to enter a password. **What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the problem of having to remener or write down all the passwords. It is the best in terms of usefulness, usability, security, and features. It is nice, secure, and full of features. I have been paying for it for a year now and I can say that it is excellent. It does not try to be something it is not and it does its job very reliably. I have recommended it many times before and will continue to do so. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** On Android, it's a bit laggy, plus there are two pop-ups on auto fill sometimes, which leads to my screen being cluttered by pop-ups or it not letting me touch anything else. Bad ui design through the service. Makes me sign up *multiple* times for a single login. Terribly unintuitive ui to find and create new passwords. Terrible ui concept where you need to refresh the page in order to use it. For my use case I have to open a separate tab and have it blank just so I can use the browser extension. If it manages to not make me log in a literal nine times in a day, then I'm happy. Horrible. I've had times where I log in and it simply takes me back to the screen to login after I've validated myself on the phone app. Writing passwords down on stickies and typing out safely randomized passwords would be less work by a large amount. It takes the irritation and insecurity out of password management. When creating a new password, it quickly and easily suggests a secure, jumbled password, and saves it in the Vault so you don't have to memorize or insecurely save it somewhere. It allows you to easily maintain unique passwords rather than duplicating passwords across different websites. Implementation is easy via the Edge/Chrome browser extensions or Android/iPhone apps. On my Samsung Galaxy, I quickly sign in to allow LastPass to pre-fill passwords by using my fingerprint; I don't even need to enter my master password. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** From the browser extension, the "copy password" function doesn't always copy as it should. Overall, password management is easy, and helps ensure my users have strong passwords for their sites. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** My least tech savvy staff really struggle with it, especially on mobile devices, but really in all setttings. If you keep browsers open for a long time without closing tabs, it looks like you're still signed in, but it can't find your saved passwords for sites and you have to troubleshoot and eventually sign back in to get your passwords to auto-population again, but you aren't just naturally prompted for the LastPass password (at least in Safari). I wish I could force staff to ONLY be able to log into certain sites with LastPass, but, of course, that's not have password managers work... **What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** ensuring that my staff have strong passwords for sites that need to be securely accessed but don't allow me as administrator to enforce password strengths. ### 46.
