## LastPass Reviews
  ### 1. LastPass: Secure Password Manager for Everyday Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aijaz L. | Senior Systems Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

LastPass keeps all my passwords safe in one place and works across my devices. The interface is clean and simple, so saving and retrieving passwords takes seconds. Autofill works well in browsers and mobile apps, which speeds up logins. My frequency of use is high since I use it daily for both personal and work accounts. It integrates smoothly with browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, which keeps my workflow fast.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Initial setup was slightly time-consuming, especially setting up multi-factor authentication. Customer support is helpful but can be slow to respond. Sometimes the autofill feature does not trigger on certain apps, requiring manual copy-paste. The number of features is good, but the settings menu can feel cluttered for new users.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to store and organize all my login credentials securely. I also use it to generate strong random passwords and share login access with teammates without revealing the actual password.
It removed the need to remember multiple passwords, reducing login errors. It protects sensitive work accounts with strong encryption, which improves security. It also saves time by filling passwords automatically across all platforms.

  ### 6. Essential for Secure Password Management - Great tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I truly appreciate LastPass for personal use to manage my passwords. The platform's ability to manage unique and secure passwords across all my accounts resolves the hassle of remembering or reusing passwords, significantly enhancing my digital security. I particularly like the security dashboard feature that helps me identify duplicates and weak passwords, ensuring I maintain strong security standards. The ease of tracking unique passwords and the prevention of reusing the same passwords across different accounts are features that I find incredibly valuable. The initial setup was straightforward, and since then, I've expanded my use of LastPass to manage over 100 passwords, notes, and more. These features make my password management efficient and stress-free. Lastly, I'm so satisfied with LastPass that I highly recommend it to others, evident by my perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I wish there was a report that listed or sorted the last time a password was changed, and a way to mark critical accounts like banking versus non-critical ones like games.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to manage unique, safe passwords for all my accounts, and its security dashboard helps me track duplicates and weak passwords, enhancing security.

  ### 7. Effortless Password Management with Advanced Security Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc W. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Simple app that allows me to implement complex passwords across all my website and application accesses. Supports passkeys as well, and even a generator for MFA. LastPass is quick at patching and advising when browsers or IdPs change password automation paths.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Integration updates on some websites can add extra steps to using my passwords.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass gives me the ability to break away from phrases and weaker passwords for the multitude of access needs we all have. As one who has a stolen identity, the ability to maintain truly separate and complex passwords securely, and to use passkeys easily, is invaluable. The eventual notification of a company's breached systems now means an impact of one, not many.

  ### 8. Strong Password Generator, but Past Breaches Make Trust Hard

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor Z. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Generates strong passwords automatically. When I create accounts, LastPass can make long, random passwords that are hard to guess. That gives some peace of mind because weak passwords are one of the easiest ways to get hacked.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Security incidents hurt trust. LastPass has had a few breaches and leaks in the past. Even if the vault stays encrypted, it makes you uneasy and questions whether it is the safest choice out there.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

password storing and sharing

  ### 12. Effortless Password Management, Minor Clutter Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I love how LastPass provides one central location for all my passwords and important information, making management of sensitive data incredibly convenient. It greatly assists in remembering strong passwords and ensuring they are kept safe. The ability to share passwords seamlessly with family is invaluable, as it facilitates secure and easy access to shared accounts. I'm particularly pleased with how LastPass ensures passwords are unique and complex, which significantly enhances security. Additionally, the accessibility of information, whether I'm using the mobile app or the web app, means I always have my vital data at my fingertips, no matter where I am. The mobile app and browser extensions stand out in functionality, providing ease of use and broad accessibility, which I find very convenient. Initial setup was remarkably easy, which allowed me to begin using the service immediately without any complications.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I find that LastPass's feature to offer saving passwords in the browser creates too many duplicates for the same site, likely due to changes in the login URL. This results in digital clutter, making it challenging to discern which password entry is the most recent. It would be beneficial if, when adding or updating a password, LastPass could allow selecting from a list rather than assuming it is for a new site when the URL has changed, or provide a tool for merging or cleaning up duplicates.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to remember and secure complex passwords, share them safely with family, and access them easily via mobile and web apps, keeping all my important info in one place.

The cross-platform integration and encryption help me stay productive and secure on any platform. The ability to store MFA information for authentication is a real time-saver. Being able to populate apps on my Android devices also saves me time. The speed of the login process helps me get on to the task at hand.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Occasionally I need to login to the add-in or website multiple times to getit functioning properly.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The password generator helps me to have long unique passwords on all sites.

  ### 14. Effortless Password Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

What I like best about LastPass is how easy it makes managing and protecting all my passwords in one secure place. It automatically saves and fills login information across devices, which saves a lot of time and hassle. I also appreciate the strong password generator and security dashboard. It gives peace of mind knowing my accounts are better protected without needing to remember every password myself.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass solves the challenge of managing and remembering multiple passwords securely. Rather than reusing the same credentials or keeping them written down, I can store all my logins in one encrypted vault that’s accessible from any device. It also safeguards against phishing and weak passwords by generating strong, unique ones for each account. This not only saves time but also gives me greater confidence that my work information is well protected.

**Reviewed by:** Simon S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

It's solving the problem of remembering passwords. The benefit is I have a unique password for each site, easy access, security assurance, and limited breach impact.

  ### 34. Secure and Reliable Password Manager for Everyday Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md H. | Freelancer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

LastPass makes managing passwords incredibly easy and secure. I love how it automatically saves and fills passwords across all my devices, saving me a lot of time. The vault organization, password generator, and multi-factor authentication features are extremely helpful. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and gives me peace of mind knowing my credentials are safe.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Sometimes the browser extension takes a few seconds to sync new passwords, and mobile auto-fill can occasionally be slow. The interface could be a bit more modern and intuitive for first-time users. Also, the free version is slightly limited compared to competitors, but overall, the service is still strong and dependable.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass is helping me securely manage and organize hundreds of passwords across both my personal and professional accounts. It eliminates the hassle of remembering or reusing passwords, which has greatly improved productivity and reduced the risk of data breaches. The multi-factor authentication and dark web monitoring features help me stay alert to any compromised credentials. It saves time, increases security confidence, and ensures that all my sensitive data is stored safely in one place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan T. | Agent Performance Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I love that LastPass stores all my passwords and automatically refills the info when I open a web page. Lastpass will also help generate a password which is super helpful when the site requires an 18 digit password, 1 number, 1 capital letter and 1 special character

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Keeping your LastPass passwords organized

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each of our employees have at minimum 30 usernames and passwords to different sites and software. Lastpass allows us a secure place to store those credentials and cuts down on the dreaded credential issue - resetting passwords and unlocking accounts.

  ### 37. Convenient Password Management, but Chrome Extension Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manoj V. | Writer and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I use LastPass to save my login details, including email, business websites, social media, and more. I like how it automatically saves my passwords and recalls them when I log in to a site, so I don't need to remember or paste from sheet files. I appreciate not having to memorize those passwords and bank account details. The initial setup of LastPass was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Their Chrome extension doesn't work sometimes. Then, I have to re-install it. I face this issue often.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to save login details for emails, business websites, and social media, so I don't have to memorize passwords. It automatically saves and recalls them, eliminating the need to paste from sheet files.

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I find LastPass easy to use and convenient for keeping my passwords safe. It eliminates the need to remember every login, which solves my problem of password memory and prevents the repetitive use of the same password. I appreciate that LastPass pops up at login pages to retrieve passwords for me, which makes it really user-friendly. The initial setup was super simple as well.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Not applicable

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 39. Chrome Extension Makes Password Management Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lacey D. | Office Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I really like the app, but the Chrome extention is my favorite part. I can have complicated passwords and LastPass auto-populates. It is so easy to use, and help keep my information save.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

They used to have a web browser through the app. I really like that, instead of it pushing to Safari or Chrome on my phone.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer use the same password (or something similar) for any site. Especially my website for my work.

  ### 40. Last Pass, the last password manager you will ever need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I started using LastPass I believe shortly after it was introduced, in 2008. I was like many others keeping a bunch of pieces of paper to keep track of all my passwords. Then I was reading a PC magazine and saw a write-up for this product, I went and downloaded it and started using it. It is so nice to just have one password and let LastPass put in the rest. Then they came out with the password generator, now my passwords are amazingly strong, and you can adjust the features of your passwords, maybe leave out numbers or special characters, you can customize everything. I'll keep using it and I recommend it to anyone that has password issues.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

That it's not free, just kidding. I really wouldn't change anything.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't use this for business, my company has us use another password manager, it makes me appreciate LastPass even more.

  ### 41. Effortless Password Management, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patti C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I appreciate that with LastPass I don't need to remember IDs and passwords anymore because I have access on all my devices. I like the feature that prompts me to update my vault as soon as I change a password in a different app, which makes updating automatic. The initial setup was good, and I often recommend LastPass to others.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

No specifics

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't worry about remembering IDs and passwords because LastPass gives me access across all my devices, and it automatically updates my vault when I change passwords in apps.

  ### 42. LastPass in a Nutshell

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac G. | Construction Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

How easy it is to use. The lack of issues ive ever had with it.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

If you forget your master password it may take some work to get back in however that's really a good thing just a bit of a hassle.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The abundance of passwords & the ability to 'remember' them effectively.

  ### 43. LastPass is the Most Reliable and Best Password Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne C. | Owner and Entrepreneur, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

I love that LastPass allows you to create shared passwords with Teams, that it has maximum provisioning features, audit trails, the mobile app is a lifesaver, that you are able to export your passwords to a .CSV file, and so many more features. I've used LastPass since before the Heartbleed attack in 2014 and it was the site that the U.S. Department of Defense had everyone go to in order to confirm whether or not a particular site had been patched after Heartbleed, which was the single largest internet attack since the inception of the internet. I've been using LastPass that long and wouldn't change it for anything. The price point is perfect.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I have no downsides to using LastPass, only upsides!

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass solves the problem of tracking passwords for entire organizations and controlling access for users. It also allows me to know when someone is trying to access something they shouldn't be accessing my sending alerts of attempted logons. It is a fantastic tool that I use at an organization I have worked, large or small.

  ### 44. Easy to Use Extension Makes Logging In Simple

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

Easy to use and the extension makes it easy to login

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

I have to log in several times a day which can be annoying

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure and safe password sharing.

  ### 45. LastPass is a game changer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron C. | German Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

All my passwords are kept safe, encrypted, and 2-factor authenticated so I don't have to worry. I have hundreds of logins, and I have a different strong password for each, and I cannot imagine what it would be like to manage that on paper. I use it many times every day, both in my personal affairs and in my professional work as a teacher.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

Sometimes it's not easy to get passwords stored into LastPass, though I have found that they have made improvements. A few times I have ended up in a situation where I created a password and it did not get stored automatically. My work-around is that I just copy the password into the clipboard in case it doesn't store, so I can store it manually. Most of the time it does store manually and I don't have to (then I just copy something else to clear my password out of the clipboard).

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LastPass stores my passwords. Once they are in, I don't have to worry. I don't even think about passwords anymore. I also use the Multi-Factor Authentication app, and it works seamlessly with barely any thought.

Downside of using LastPass is with other company employees wanting to access our sites.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to focus on security and LasPass is helping with that.

  ### 47. Not the Best Password Manager Out There, But a Solid Choice

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melle P. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about LastPass?**

LastPass is a solid option for password management but it's a bit pricey compared to some of it's competitors, especially for the number of features that you get with it. The authenticator app is fantastic, but stand alone for some reason which can be a bit of a pain in the neck. All in all though it's easy to use and was super simple to get up and running for our team when we purchased it. We used it daily, multiple times a day and like I said it was a solid tool that was simple enough to integrate into our workflow. It just wasn't as competitive in price and features as some of the others.

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The number of features, the user interface is a bit clumsy and the price point were the main issues.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to keep track of our logins and passwords.

  ### 48. Effortless Password Management with LastPass

**What do you dislike about LastPass?**

The folder management, it's not very easy to figure out the hierarchy of the folders.

**What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LastPass to save many different passwords and have one place to store everything.

  ### 49. Easy Password Creation with Smart Recommendations

It improved the security of all my work accounts
