"Disappointing"

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

We were expecting high level of service especially considering LAD Solutions are "the top experts" in SEO and PPC advertising but we were incredibly wrong. We had our google ads account reviewed and audited by a third party and turns out wrong moves were taken, our account mismanaged. We were expecting reports and feedback regularly but if this isn't being followed up, this wont be done. Ads were not managed on the optimal level. Worse, ads were taken down, even details on the My Business page were reset to zero as a retaliation when we approach to discuss restructuring the relationship. Conversation even ended with "this will not end well" How can you trust your ads and SEO campaigns with a company who does this? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

We were working with them for about 2 years. The company grew and we conducted a third party audit on the Google Adwords management and found out that it is not managed properly. When we reach out to discuss this matter and restructure the relationship, poof, ads were taken down. Even our Google page was wiped with all the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
