Labii offers five different plans in total.
A free Labii plan allows you to test all of Labii's functionalities. You can make infinite configuration changes, but it limits your ability to collaborate with colleagues and generate data. For those who simply wish to test the Labii platform or have a limited budget, or who do not have too much data to generate at this time, the free plan is recommended.
The trial plan allows you to test all of the functionalities and see what the data will look like. Aside from being able to configure unlimited tables, you can also invite colleagues and start creating records. When testing it out, it is always beneficial to have real data. We offer a free 14-day trail plan. After one year, you are eligible for another trial. When you are ready to evaluate the Labii platform, we recommend that you go with the trial plan.
The professional plan is best for labs that only use Labii for Electronic Lab Notebooks. There are limits to the customization and how many tables you can create, but you can collaborate and create limitless experiment notes, protocols, and files. Choose the professional plan if you only need Labii to replace paper notebooks or Google Docs.
Labii's enterprise plan enables you to use it for ELN, Inventory Manager, LIMS, and much more. For each type of data generated in your research lab, you can create a customized table to meet your research needs. It is the most popular plan and will give your organization unlimited capabilities. If you want to standardize the management of all types of research data, go with the enterprise plan.
PPU (Pay Per Use) is a different plan Labii introduced that is not subscription based. You only pay for the data you generate ($0.1/record), and the widget you use (~$0.1/widget/use). You do not need to pay the subscription fee if you are away from lab for a few months. PPU is a viable and economical option for a small team. To save money when creating bulk samples/records, the professional and enterprise plan is still the best option.
