**What do you like best about Labfolder?**

I initially chose labfolder over other ELN options because it offered a free version, including free workshops that are really helpful to take maximum advantage of all the features. As a user, I couldn't be happier with my choice. labfolder allowed me to organize my entire research in projects, and upload all my data to the system. Their advanced search system is just marvellous. I could easily retrieve data and save a lot of time that I would've otherwise spent on flipping pages to find my old experiments. It also made a lot easier to share experimental details with my colleagues and making sure everyone was up-to-date regarding the status of each project.

**What do you dislike about Labfolder?**

In the beginning there were some problems with the table field and the user interface, but this issues were addressed last year with a completely new table tool and changes at the interface level that improved its usability.

**Recommendations to others considering Labfolder:**

It offers great and easy to use features the will help you keep track of your research and easily search for your data. You can start with a free version and explore the tool. An important aspect for me is that their support team is great and they are always there to help you. Don't hesitate to reach out to them if you have questions about their electronic lab notebook.

**What problems is Labfolder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a PhD student, my main goal was to improve my own research documentation and ensure I could easily keep track of my experiments and retrieve data.

**What do you like best about Labfolder?**

I really enjoy having all the data and inventory lists in one place. I think the support is really good and customer-oriented.

**What do you dislike about Labfolder?**

There is not really anything that I would say I really dislike about the labfolder. Sometimes it can be annoying when a certain function is not available or is still under 'construction' but this is the feature of the agile products and you should be aware of that when you sign up to labfolder.

**What problems is Labfolder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best in using the labfolder is that all the data are collected in one place and you can 'paste' all data into one entry. This is great as it means no more searching for the data in your paper labbook.
