Kylas provide you a one platform from different works like mailing, creating quotation and updates of customers, you don't have use multiple platform for different different work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometime we face issues like page error while clicking on notification and mails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automations available are good. Like getting reminders to follow up and all. Since they an app as well it helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is very basic. It's neat but hard to use. No dragging stuff from one place to the other...etc. You have to click and go to different pages to change things. The sidebar doesn't extend so as a new user I had to hover over to see what I'm clicking
