**What do you like best about Kumu?**

Kumu is fantastic to map anything.  From conceptual frameworks to stakeholders.  What I like best is the possibility to add any kind of fields.  It beautifully draws a spreadsheet into a visual systems map.

**What do you dislike about Kumu?**

There is no simultaneous collaboration available, you have to refresh constantly when working with others to see changes.

**What problems is Kumu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mapped the company's knowledge management tools.
Can also map systemic relationships between stakeholders.
Since it is visual it is easy to explain and share.  Even when the topics are difficult.
