Implementation is fairly quick and straightforward. Dashboard and chart building is intuitive and easy to use. Team has been very helpful in guiding us through implementation as well as adding features and resolving bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Kubit, you need not need to learn SQL or any other data analysis language at all. It is based on No Code Analysis and makes it super handy for anyone who knows their business domain and data to do their analysis with a few clicks only.

The reports you build can be shared via a simple link.

Even though it is built on the foundation of No Code, an analyst who knows SQL can also access the underlying SQL which can be run across various other SQL based platforms with may be a few tweaks.

Kubit also ensures that their customers are supported when they face an error or something seems not right.

As someone who works on a content discovery product, it's incredibly easy to build out awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention that help me keep track of how the features I'm building are driving value to users and the business. I would say 'time to first report creation' is an outcome that Kubit solves for in a way that leaves it's competitors in the wind. In addition, customer support is second to none. Whether it's ingestion new data, helping to build queries and reports, or talking about new feature enhancements, the Kubit team is always ready to listen. One of the perks of a kubit chart is that you can export the SQL query used to generate it. Unfortunately one of the downsides, at least within my org, is that that SQL query used to generate it does not work out of the box within the tables that our business intelligence team have access to. This is due to the way in which Kubit may augment the tables in such a way that supports it's platform. This can lead sometimes to two sources of truth. Now the data doesn't diverge significantly, if at all, but it does mean that partnership with product teams who are using Kubit to derive data analytics and business intelligence teams who use raw tables to derive analytics can't always speak the same language. The best thing about Kubit is its team. The team is always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to help us. Customer support is also very evident in the features they support, such as having access to a representative a click away directly from the tool.

The setup was also fairly straightforward, being a warehouse-native solution. We were able to save our efforts and use the same data models that service most of our other tools. Kubit is very powerful and can be challenging and overwhelming to get started on. Some UI elements are hidden, and I often read the documentation multiple times to get a chart built and interpreted. The query report is excellent for quickly checking how many users made purchases, we can query by day, week, month, etc.. We can query by user, company, etc.. There are a lot of options and very easy to understand and use. And the support makes it a lot easier to understand how to use the tool, they explain in detail how things work so instead of just giving the solution they explain why the solution works. The funnel report is useful for understanding funnel progression but also how many users interact with a feature or opened a page, and if that has an impact on purchases. It allows us to gather data much quicker and easier than if we had to query the data in SQL ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For someone who is new to reporting it was difficult to understand at first, however the support that we had from Kubit helped me to understand how to create reports within only a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
