**What do you like best about Krowdster?**

Do I have an option to say, 'nothing?' When I tried to set it up initially, it did not work and repeated attempts did not either. Their customer service is non-existent.

**What do you dislike about Krowdster?**

Everything? The tool is a good idea in concept, but the execution is sorely missing. The setup process needs to be fixed, and at the very least, customer service could be responsive.

**What problems is Krowdster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was supposed to help with developing campaigns and measuring those campaigns for Kickstarter, Indiegogo, etc. Traditional campaign management tools do not do this well. But, this tool does not do it any better!
