The system allows for us to enter and remove things from inventory easily and frequently. When we have hiccups we are able to reach their customer service who is responsive and quick with answers. The instilation was not too difficult to complete. Our employees use the system every day and have very little trouble using it. **What do you dislike about KORONA POS?** The back end of the system is not as accesable for general users. You need a higher lever of technology skill set to work the back end of the system, which we run into issues with when people are not used to or have not been directly taught how to run the system. Another thing that would be nice is creating a program where you can update your equipment i.e. the computer/physical POS. It would be nice if there was a way to return old equipment to update to new equipment without having to pay outright for the new stuff. **What problems is KORONA POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Korona does an amazing job at creating reports for both consignment and whole sale. Without it we would have to spend valuable time that we could be using to run more programs for our clients. ### 2. We were having a lot of trouble with our credit card machine. We had to keep troubleshooting between our internet, merchant provider, and Korona. Come to find out it was an issue with our internet provider. The kicker was this was happening on the day of our grand opening. We were going to a couple of hundred people in our store very soon. As soon as I would message Korona requesting help or to try something, they were on top of things immediately. They were willing to talk directly to the merchant provider, internet tech, you name it. It's hard to remember where to go the get reports. But I am new to Korona. That peace of mind is priceless. **What do you dislike about KORONA POS?** Although the customer service is excellent I find the system has occasional bugs, like if I can in a new barcode it will occasionally generate an older one instead of the new one. There is always a person to talk to so even if I'm gone our employees can reach out and get their questions answered immediately. Cloud-based so I didn't have to purchase specific POS hardware. I was able to use a regular touchscreen PC running windows. **What do you dislike about KORONA POS?** There is a slight learning curve to the inventory management side of things. Definitely can be used for much more detailed things than we use it for.
