**What do you like best about Kooomo?**

Kooomo works in conjunction with the current sales channels, allowing users to control inventory, orders and marketing all in one place.  We appreciate Kooomo’s expertise and, especially, their approach to revenue sharing that will help us enhance our online sales.

**What do you dislike about Kooomo?**

Filtering of the reports with particular point or setting of criteria can be some degree inconvenient to restrict thorough analysis of the sales results by the channels or product categories.

**What problems is Kooomo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kooomo saves the efforts of managing different e-commerce portals by integrating them into one single solution. Kooomo offers the perfect combination of expertise and a revenue share, which directly aligns with my objective of increasing online sales.

**What do you like best about Kooomo?**

Kooomo has provided a useful all-in-one eCommerce solution for the management of the business’s online sales.  They provide specialisation in the maximisation of several of the digital assets and their tools dovetail well with our current infrastructure

**What do you dislike about Kooomo?**

Kooomo does not have sophisticated measurements at the product category or marketing campaign level.  It becomes difficult to evaluate the performance of particular product divisions or Marketing campaigns

**What problems is Kooomo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kooomo assists us in achieving our optimum digital sales by not merely offering guidance and solutions for all of our eCommerce channels.  They are streamlining processes, and enhancing the ability to observe the data.

The platform is well suited for small and medium enterprises, offering advanced feature like inventory management, seamless third party integration and multi langauge and currency support

Its pricing is on higher side and the 90 days setup is bit on other side

**What do you like best about Kooomo?**

The simplicity of coordinating Kooomo with my current Amazon customer facing facade was a breeze. I value the exhaustiveness of the stock administration highlights.

**What do you dislike about Kooomo?**

I can only with significant effort track transformation rates by showcasing effort or examine client socioeconomics. This puts forth it trying to enhance my advertising attempts and comprehend my client base.

Kooomo has smoothed out my web based business tasks by concentrating stock administration and offering consistent reconciliation with commercial centers like Amazon.

**What do you like best about Kooomo?**

The kooomo application deals with the business and helps in merchandising and marketing. The user interface of this SaaS based application is very good and also this is very user friendly. No need to have an experience to use this application as a new person can also handle this application swiftly. This helps to grow business globally and works with clients to promote marketing. Best part is its design of the front end and back end. The application has lots of dashboard to work and have extensive background capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Kooomo?**

Till now I am not disliking this application but there are certain modification that can be made to make this application work wonderful. The application will not allow you to access the core but you can use it's services. This is best suitable for big business and big clients. Need improvement and should me make suitable for small clients too. Overall the app is awesome and best in the market for e-commerce business.

Presently with the help of this SaaS based application I deal with the clients globally. Through this omni channel platform doing business is super easy.

**What do you like best about Kooomo?**

The easy feature in kooomo to integrate with Amazon or other ECommerce is what I like the best. Also the features to calculate taxes on product conditionally is best about this.

**What do you dislike about Kooomo?**

The support team need to respond faster and pricing of the tool is a bit high.

**What problems is Kooomo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for tools that could make the eCommerce platform work smoothly. We needed features to calculate tax, integration with amazon and checkout on our card with a single click, kooomo provided all and we found it to be a good solution for us.

**What do you like best about Kooomo?**

I’m an e-commerce consultant for a company that has chosen Kooomo as its first ecommerce platform for its two luxury fashion brands. At least, I find in the Koomo platform, a perfect all in one enterprise level solution.

Kooomo Pros
Know your store – Thanks to a friendly, modern and powerful backend I can handle more than customer orders.
Lots of dashboards full of charts give me the ability to monitor (and export) on site traffic, turnover and merchandising performances based on a data range. I can also checks customer care activity and orders statuses.
Interesting marketing features - The system has a whole area dedicated to marketing, I can monitor my marketing campaigns, create new promotions and discounts, check customer registrations, customer reviews and more.
Easy catalog management - even if you need to operate in manual. All information about products are accessible and fully editable. For each category you can manage meta attributes and their appearance in the menu tree.

**What do you dislike about Kooomo?**

Kooomo Cons
The software comes as a Saas solution so you don’t have the access to the platform core but you have the capability to handle your content output with their integrated CMS.

**What do you like best about Kooomo?**

Kooomo is one of the best eCommerce platform that I've ever used for my clients. Marketing km zero is a italian web agency that realize ecommerce website and marketing campaigns for different clients.
These are the main characteristics that we like:
•	SaaS service: it is possible to start a new eCommerce in few weeks
•	Front-end and Ux Design: for us is possible to personalize the layout of the eCommerce platform, without limitations
•	Backend: for my agency there is no concerns about the backend, in Kooomo there are all the eCommerce functionalities that we need (coupon, discounts, ecc)
•	1-Click integrations: there are many third part platforms that are already integrated in Kooomo. This aspect allow to the client to do not worry about, for example, about the payment method or the shipping service. There are many payment integrations (PayPal, Banca Sella, etc) and many Shipping services (FedEx, DHL, etc).

We think that the main feature is the Marketplace integration: from a single backend it is possible to manage all the products:
•	on the eCommerce;
•	on Amazon;
•	on eBay. 
These is the biggest functionality because many our clients need to sell products on all the online channels.

We think that Kooomo is not a good platform for small clients or for company that does not accept the revenue share model.

With Kooomo it is possible to have a eCommerce platform with all the functionalities and the big characteristic to manage multi-channels like Amazon and eBay
